This is one of worst panera stores. The coffee was empty at 10am, the cream was empty and the employees said nothing. I waited for a few minutes to see if a new coffee was going to taken out for me, but nothing again.

This horrible place doesn't even deserve a one star, but unfortunately I have to select a start in order to write a review. I had ordered a large Mac and cheese online to be picked up in the restaurant. My son has been sick so he had requested Panera tonight. The large bowl of Mac and cheese wasn't even a large. More like a small with a little more pasta added to it. When I spoke with Nicole over the phone she tried to tell me that a large is two bags of Mac and cheese. No way! She also wanted me to bring back the food after it's been in my car with my sick child. My question is, what do plan on doing with the food that I took if you were going to give me another order of Mac and cheese? The fact that they ripped me off is more appalling to me and they knew exactly what they were doing. The laziness of this restaurant is pathetic. Here's another shitty review to add to your pile, Panera. The manager, Nicole is a joke too.

The bread is usually burnt/ over cooked. I have gone for years. The bread sometimes is hard. Overcooked. I usually have to repeat my order, over and over. No memory retention from employees. If you don't believe me. When you order. Request something. Most likely they will ask one or 2 more times.
If I could give ZERO stars here I would. While I love the freshness of Panera's food, the last two orders have been completely wrong. I try to call the store to speak to a manager. It rings about 20 times and then disconnects you. Very displeased.

I never had a issue before but today I placed my bagel order and 1 tub of plain cream cheese and 1 of Chive onion cream cheese tub and they put on my pickup order two plain cream cheese. It's a bummer when you have guests at your house and you cannot provide variety of options and you can't go back to the cafe to get it exchanged. So mad

Please check your order. I ordered the creamy chicken with wild rice soup but was given chicken noodle soup with tiny morsels of chicken and noodles with mostly broth. The phone hangs up when trying to call them. They are very shady.
