We went there as a spur-of-the-moment. Knew about their meatballs and my girlfriend wanted the Garlic Cheese Bread. We had seen a mailer recently and knew these items were what we wanted. They were out of the garlic cheese bread but had the monkey garlic bread. Only one tray of meatballs. Then looking around the place not seeing anything about their salads anywhere, asked what they offered. Settled on two garden salads. After making our purchase, and leaving out the door my girlfriend realized they didn't ask what dressings we wanted. We asked about the dressings, it was like pulling teeth to get answers!We arrived home ready to heat the meatballs and monkey garlic bread and found no instructions anywhere like they normally include with the pizzas. I looked online for the missing cooking/baking instructions and discovered there was supposed to be marinara dipping sauce included with the monkey garlic bread, this too wasn't included. The salads were overburdened with black olives too. No exaggeration!This turned out to be a very odd evening, they weren't going to be closed until 2 hours later, and there were no other customers. I complained on their survey shown on the receipt as well on their online page, no one has bothered contacting us about this ever since I made my complaints.This happened around November 19th. At the Deer Valley Rd. Antioch Papa Murphy’sI had put it out of my mind with life getting in the way and it all came back rather abruptly.

I visited this Papa Murphys for the first time I don't know who the Owner is and I hope he reading this review . The counter tops are dirty his condiment station are cross contaminated with different sauces that has dropped into either items disgusting!The fresh Vegetables are soggy and old example, spinach , mushrooms have blackened cheese appeared to be old onions crossed contaminated with other condiment on the line work station a big MESS , the clerks are not wearing Mask and uniforms are DIRTY the guy making Pizza has NO ideas how to make a Pizza ? I watched him .. I am going to report this business to the health department. , we had no choice but to leave . This is unacceptable someone is going to get very sick!The best and fresh Papa Murphy is in Sanleandro at the Greenhouse Market Plaza !

No green onions neither on the chicken garlic nor Chicago style. Come on. I used to work there 22yrs ago. Standard topping on top. Step up your game. Didn't even come with baking instructions, good thing I remember them..come on playas..

A big cockroach was under the bench that is in the store for waiting customers. I didn't see it until I was walking out with my pizza. It kinda spoiled my appetite! I will not visit this Papa Murphys again!

I'm giving 2 stars because this location being the only location near my home does not have the Keto Bowl that other locations have if I want a keto bowl I'll have to drive an hour just to get one and I usually but 3Kid-friendliness: It is surrounded by everything you need to make a kid happyParking: Parking is OK small spaces.

Why is it so hot in there? Why does it smell like musty armpit? I waited outside in the heat for my food so I could at least breathe. Place is dirty. I couldn't even imagine what the back looks like. Biggest beef is with Papa himself. How do you expect me to order pizza, bread, calzone, cookies and then have them all at different temperatures and times. Would have taken 2+ hours to have everything baked.
Papa Murphys in Brentwood, CA.Worst Pap Murphys I have ever visited. Manager dude is very rude and obnoxious. Didn't get my pizza right got original crust when I ordered thin crust. Salad was awefull and lettuce was rusty. Do not recommend this pap Murphys. I will never visit again. Back to little Ceasars. Asked for a redund and was told you get what it is. WFT?

They tried to hand me a family pepperoni with 15 pepperonis on it. The portion is around 80. The dough wasn’t stretched to the edges so it looked like a large after cooking it. The dough it’s self either wasn’t made right, was old (on or past it’s 3rd day) or idk what, but I cooked it for 18 minutes at 425 and the suppose to be regular crust (it was thinner than normal and still didn’t fit the family pan even after stretching it) was still undercooked and was very tough to cut. Very weird. Employee making my pizza was very nice and fixed it, good customer service on his part but quality of my pizza is pretty bad. I use to slang these pies a few years ago and have never once served a garbage pizza like this ever. Unfortunate. Go to Brentwood store instead. Their management has been more consistent over the years I think.

I've been going to this place for the last three years. You can say that I am a papa, Murphy's fan. Tonight and the last time that I went, which was about two months ago, was a bad experience. They have chose to put a sign on their wall that says no refunds or exchanges. The reason being is because they make their pieces sloppy. You have enough people bringing the pizza back you're not making any money in your store. My suggestion is to make the piece of correct the first time and you won't have to worry about people coming in for a refund. I will include a picture to show you why people probably are coming to that store, and demanding a refund or exchange . I won't be returning and I suggest you don't either.
