The two young ladies that were working on sep 22nd were the most professional and customer service freindly ive ever experienced at this location ive been going here since u opened u should be proud of these employees
8/27/22 @7:29pm - Web site would not let me order; therefore, I called the store 4 times w/ no answer - Piff'd, I sent husband over - I went to neighbors & when I came back looked at the cooked pizza which had VERY little product inside - It basically was all dough - I would have brought it back to the store but it was closed after getting back from neighbors

Quality is definitely lacking when it comes to customer service and product being given. Have given multiple chances to this location and every time, the employees barely speak above a whisper and seem to just throw ingredients on. Last time I was there a manager/owner made the only person making pizza go stock the fridge, while I stood there waiting. Definitely needs some major improvement
Don't even bother putting in an order online, or by phone as your pizza will not be ready when you get there. You might as well come in and order it. They are 0-2 every time I have put in an order online.
Nasty pizza! Old ingredients! Rude! Worst customer service!! Got home, pizzas had almost no cheese on them and the lettuce on the salad was orange and wilted, but well covered with toppings so you could not see the lettuce. I called back and spoke to the manger who said, “thank you for letting me know,” in the middle of my sentence and the hung up. When I called back another worker answered and the manger could be heard in the background saying, “if it’s those same people hang up. They can go somewhere else. I’m not talking to them.”

SHOULD NOT EVEN GET ONE STAR
See photos- I ordered pizza from Papa Murphy on 5/22/22 to have while watching the Warriors game. We had purchased a thin crust vegetarian and after only 7 minutes the tray the pizza was on caught on fire and nearly set the entire house on fire. We called Papa Murphy on Deer Valley to let them know about the pizza and asked to speak to a manager. I told the manager about the near house fire over the thin crusy pizza they sold us and he said to snap a photo of the charred pizza. I told him I would not only snap a photo of the pizza but also of the smoky home. He said the smoke was not his concern. I told him that my wife's home burning to the ground was a bigger concern to me than the twenty dollar pizza he sold us. I asked for his name and he said he wasn't going to give it to me and that he was the owner. I went on to say that it was ridiculous for him as a business owner not to provide his name and he said he couldn't help me anymore and hung up. My next call is to Papa Murphy's corporate office to tell them about this experience that could've turned out to be disastrous with an entire house on fire.
phone order large pepperoni. arrive & sign promoting 1 topping thin crust for 7.99, he says " you didn't ask" I get charged 15$ EBT down tried twice, I pay cash reluctantly, he couldn't print receipt. I call complain & all I get is a few dollars off next time. not making this customer happy! and it was so hot inside!
Never having been to a papa Murphy's before I didn't know they do not bake the pizza at all for you. And with that this location is terrible about speed. 30minutes to assemble an UNCOOKED PIZZA for me to then have to go home and cook it and wait again... If you want your "ready to bake" pizza fast do not go here. For the price of what I received/the service it was not at all worth the money the few measley dollars I saved "baking it at home" just order pizza from a normal pizzería it's actually faster and it's already cooked for you.
This site was very helpful and respectful. We had a very bad interaction at the Brentwood site!!! The man was extremely rude my daughter asked for help and he said it I don't have time to help you either order or leave!!! Made her very upset and crying!!! We put in a complained about the Brentwood store name and numbers but I don't think anything's going to happen!! No excuse to be that rude!!!
My mother went to go pick up an online order we had made and was completely ignore upon entering. No big deal, what if they were busy? Nope, someone else came in and my mom moved over a bit thinking he needed to stand in line to order. The other worker who was there went straight up to him and started to help him. My mom then stated she was there first and to please just give her the already paid for pizza. The guy who was being helped started to yell and tell the worker to ignore my mom and give him his pizza. There was a back and forth between my mom and the guy and in the end the guy got his stuff and decided he was going to sit outside and try to wait for my mom. Staff was going to do nothing to help. Ignored everything that was happening until she was going to make a complaint. The manager ended up walking her to her car. Worst experience ever and will never ever ever be back.
I don't go very often but always had a good experience until now. I'm sure the owners are doing their best considering the pandemic. The food is good but that is where it ends. The employees are lifeless if not downright rude. I questioned the price thinking I had seen it cheaper online and was pretty much ignored until I figured it out myself. I did acknowledge my mistake but was still ignored. A woman ordered online 2 hours prior and still had to wait another hour. A man was there when I got there and was still there when I left because they forgot his order. A woman ordered 2 pizzas and was given 1 because they forgot the 2nd one. While I was there maybe 10 people came through and not one left happy. And yes, the place is dirty and dingy and they don't answer their phone. Maybe some soft, cheerful music to liven up the employee's attitude.
It should be against the law the owner got these people in here working while it’s 90+ degree outside, with no air Air conditioner, fan or nothing. I come here 2 to 3 times a week and every time it’s no air circulate through.
I use your pizza and add my toppings. It's better than a $40 pizza
