This is unbelievable!.. I've been ordering pizza from here for over 20 YEARS!!..The last place we lived at was on Texas St. in Antioch, and they delivered to us there for over 15 years..and now we're on E. 6th Street in Antioch and they have delivered here for 4 years!! Also, as recent as 2-3 weeks ago!!! And now, just today after all these years and hundreds I've spent, they can't deliver to me now because they're "out of my area"!! But, the Buchanan Rd. Round Table CAN deliver to me and they're in PITTSBURG and the one that can't deliver to me is in ANTIOCH!!! ON THE SAME STREET I LIVE ON!!!.. REALLY??!? WOW!Like I said... Round table is a great place the customer service has gotten better management try's to handle complaints but a lot of it is out of their hands they need to bring back the loyalty rewards it's been months and no response on that situation but people just need to stop trying to get free food all the dang time thank you

Sadly Yelp won't let you put zero stars bc that's what they deserve. Worst customer service ever. I ordered a pizza a month ago. We had it delivered. When we opened the pizza we noticed they made the pizza with no sauce. How do you make pizza with no sauce. I called immediately and spoke to the manager who told me his name was James. He told me he apologized and that I would get a credit for $50 that would show up under my number for a future time. Since the wait time for another pizza to be made was an hr. Today I called to try and place an order. I ask the guy on the phone to check under my number for credit I should have. He tells me he sees nothing. I then explain the situation and he tells me James is working. He goes to talk to James and comes back saying James said he doesn't remember. I told the guy I knew this was going to happen even though James assured me it wouldn't. I then said well can I please talk to him to remind him of the situation. The guy puts me on hold for a few minutes then tells me James said he's not trying to talk to you. Worst customer service ever!

I work down the street. Order delivery a few times a year for my classes. Good pizza and a range of toppings and combinations. The people are friendly. They are bouncing back in their business practices after Covid. The restaurant is clean and welcoming.

This Round Table Pizza place is the worst i have ordered from the minute i called to make an order is like they don't answer the phone calls because after arriving, I walk in and see they're short staff and i realized then one person cuts the pizza's and takes phone orders at the same time, and another person makes the pizzas and charges the people who walk in to order. Not last but least my order of 6 parmessan twist came out raw i'd say, they looked raw to me and asked if they would cook them for another 7 minutes but later 2 minutes pass by and i got them back the same way out the first time. I think something is wrong with the oven that is not cooking them like they're supposed to. Parmessan twist tasted very bad.

I love this place! Great customer service. Always very friendly. We order a lot and we hardly ever have problems with our pizzas. When you walk in the place looks clean and tidy.

The employee was folding the boxes and he was coughing in all the boxes I was like oh my goodness I did talk with the manager about what the guy did he didn't do anything because the guy is still folding the boxes Well he did say stop coughing in the boxes wow
I'll give this location 4 stars because they made their mistake right. The pizza tasted great and I believe the manager on duty James is very professional and did everything in his power to make sure I as the customer left feeling satisfied.

I ordered a pizza Monday night. It was off. Tasted funny. Way too much cheese and it didn’t even taste better. It was still pretty doughy on the bottom as well. It’s Saturday now I spent my Friday night in the emergency room to treat a stomach ache I have had since Tuesday morning. I have some type of stomach bug from whatever I ate there. The hospital wasn’t able to help. I have to let it go away on its own. Still in pain. I’m more upset because I actually liked round table once on occasion. Now I can’t even eat pizza again with out thinking of this extremely painful week I had.

Me and my friends got food poising , do not eat her , the costumer service was good at least , but we all threw up all night so don’t eat here

A picture is worth a thousand words. I called and told them it was burnt and they gave me a refund, no questions asked. I asked if she wanted me to send her a picture, she said no, which makes me wonder if she was the one who burned it lol. To add insult to injury, the part that wasn't might as well have been because it was nasty.

Walked in to order on Wednesday Dec 21 2022. 5:45 pm. The flirty mustache man working the front completely ignored me the entire time since I walked in. He was laughing with person who finally ordered pizza. Then he went in the way back for 3 mins came up to answer ringing phone, still ignoring me...hung up the call....walked to the back again. Nice person. I will be contacting Round Table Corporate Office.
