Went to Starbucks this morning and I was very disappointed on how the place looks... it was very dirty, there was only a couple seating inside. Floors were super dirty, tables, windows, even the area where you pick up orders to go.

Starbuck on lone tree by food maxWorst CS I've ever had Cashier Rude the served my egg whites in oatmeal container and did tell me I said this isn't mine. He said it the egg whites we are out of flat trays. I said oho. OKHe said its on the label. I did have my glasses so I didn't see it. He was just rudeI mention to person making my gransons drink where is his. She said I'll get to it. I said I was here before those four people you just served. She ignored me. Sadly I gave them a tip ahead of time. I won't be going back there

I find it fairly unfortunate that the most new and nice looking Starbucks in this district has, in my opinion by far the worst consistent drink quality. Of the various timed I've been here, almost every single time my drink is made incorrectly, a certain barista often has an overwhelmingly annoyed attitude about it if they're there, and often remakes are still incorrect. Todays visit I mobile ordered, arrived and told them my name, someone then pulled the sticker out with my name on it and put it on the espresso machine, then said \\\"certain barista\\\" asked what I ordered after I sat down, asked if I ordered to the correct location which I did and showed them. They then asked what the drink was, heard the first 4 words I said and then turned around, my drink was made with the completely wrong syrup but at this point I no longer wanted to bother with this store and left. It's unfortunate to say, but you're likely to get a better experience just going to the Safeway Starbucks about 200 feet away. I suggest going elsewhere but perhaps you're mileage will vary. On the bright side, it was clean inside.

So I just went to Starbucks and ordered a venti pineapple refresher with mango Durango fruit. I asked for light ice. I got my drink and left . But upon drinking it I noticed that the cup was more than half full of ice. I'm sorry but $6.00 for a cup of ice is a bit much. There was less thank half a cup of drink. And to ask for light ice and still get this much ice is crazy . Not a happy customer!!!!!!

The barista in the drive-thru messed up my cold brew drink which in normally fine because the baristas usually fix it right away without making you feel bad. This barista rolled her eyes and said "I heard vanilla sweet cream." I had asked for the salted Carmel one. She added milk to my Carmel cream and they usually only come with the foam. I didn't want to ask for a new one since she was so rude. I am now stuck with this overly sweet coffee. The coffee is pricey so I am annoyed that I am stuck with one I don't want. I guess I will just use it as coffee creamer this week.

I waited in a long line to get a caramel frappe just for it to be super Liquidy , barley blended and whip cream all melted!

After standing in line for 15 minutes, I caught the manager Ana as she was walking past me and asked her if she could help the single barista at the counter because there was a long line. She said she would return after she got something from the back, which she did. When I finally got to the front of the line I asked her if she could replace a badly made coffee that I had made in Pittsburgh on my way here to Antioch, and she refused. I told her I was late for an appointment and then I had been waiting in line for 15 minutes and could she please honor the agreement to replace wrongly made drinks at Starbucks, she said because it was not a corporate outlet she could not do it. POOR POOR MANAGEMENT. Who trained this woman?

Stopped by at Starbucks inside Safeway today for a quick sip and bite. They have Friday special (occasionally) $5 you'll get any grande drink and any pastry. Good deal.
