I love Starbucks, visit mostly all location often. It’s actually my boost and reward for keeping up as a mother. All beverages are excellent and my favorite is the Carmel brûlée and espresso. It’s changes from time to time and I’m truly blessed to have sb in my proximity. Truly blessed and Thankyou Starbucks. For the excellent choice’s, tidy atmosphere, and hard working team altogether. I’m truly grateful and honored to be a Starbucks member forever.

Second person in front of me in the drive-through ordered nine drinks. Therefore, I waited 30 minutes and drive-through for my single order. The vehicle in front of me between the customer ordering nine drinks and myself received their drink free. I heard the gentleman said thank you for your patience. This is on me. I did not get that same service. Furthermore, after tasting my drink, I had to go back into the store and ask them to remake it. They did not make it correctly. This store very rarely gets my order correct. And I understand that sometimes it’s hard to read the label when they get wet. It’s just frustrating that I have to suffer the consequences. I feel I was also waiting in that line I should’ve had my drink for free as well.

NOBODY can make a decent coffee here. Always mess up on my orders . Inconsistent coffee/food/customer service. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Save your time and avoid this location.

I did a mobile Starbucks and I was waiting for 15 minutes or more when I finally asked if my order was coming out and it turns out wrong location. You know I’m sure as a customer service person you’re taught if you see someone has been waiting for while you should acknowledge them and ask. So I got to the other Starbucks and my bagel was cold and stale.

Evertime I order the Carmel Ribbon Crunch, I ask for it to be double blended with extra crunch. It never happens! How hard is it to get it right? ?

NEVER! I decided to get Starbucks with my family on a nice Thursday. Then all of a sudden this man looking bitch who has green hair was so rude for what? I really don't know what it was but IT made my mom USE the scanner instead of doing IT doing it's job so for that I was pissed off. I ordered a matcha, IT was not well shaken they obviously didn't know how to their job right. DO NOT work with an attitude to begin with it's not our fault u have a shitty life!

I placed a order at 9:30 they lost the ticket I go back in at 10am to the rudest workers. Christina asked me to repeat my order multiple times very rudely. I asked her to print the recriot after repeating my order. After saying I would report to corporate I began being treated semi better. Jennifer also was awful. ??????

Avoid going if it's busy, I placed a mobile order, waited over in 10 minutes for them to tell me that I'm at the wrong location when I'm at the right location and then I go inside and ask and the kid says oh yeah I found your mobile order now. I wanted to complain but I know they're not gonna care, but seriously how are you gonna try to send me to a different store when my mobile order is clearly there I even showed him the app where I place the order and showed the location. :/

This is what u get for $5.95 a cup of ice didn't even leave the drive thru and it was gone . Water down coffee and it took for ever .I can buy a bag of ice for that

Customer service was great the manger had to step in and correct the employee on the drink in which the employee understood and learn something new for the next up in coming customers. Manager also values customer service experience and skills that would help keep the culture of Starbucks in this location outstanding.
