LOL, I'm here now getting my daughter a 6" BLT, milk, and a bag of BBQ chips. The server (0706) says my order will be $12.35. I handed her a $50 bill, and .35 she gave me $30 back for the change. I look at my change and the receipt, and I'm like, my change is supposed to be $38. Look at my receipt. She gave me a bogus receipt like there was no sale, and I went back to get my change smh. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT; THESE PEOPLE ARE GIVING OUT ANY AMOUNT AND KEEPING YOUR CHANGE. LOL ALSO A BOGUS RECEIPT. They lost a customer. People work hard for their money, and we will not be back.

I've been to a thousand subways. This is the WORST SUBWAY EVER. She spoke Spanish to the other lady and told her to trick us with the prices. She had no idea I speak and understand Spanish lol. She is Very bad for business . Nothing personal but customer service is the #1 reason that makes people come back or never comeback .

One of the worst Subway restaurant. They don't take any coupon and expect people to know that. I was talking to one of the staff about putting a sign at least to let customers know that they don't accept coupons. In legality, they have to accept it but the staff wouldn't let me use the coupon and it shows how greedy the owner of this franchise is. DONT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION FOUND ANOTHER ONE. They just care about profit and don't honor coupons and want you to pay full price.

Update: I never did hear back from the business or corporate on my complaint. They obviously don't care about my business so I will never again visit this establishment or any other subway for that matter.Quality of service from a leadership level matches the low quality of they food they serve. No loss to me.Employees are great and kind however

We came into this place ordered 3 footlong sandwiches. The lady couldn't understand what I was telling her. She barely put any vegetables on our sandwiches. I ask her if my disabled child could use the bathroom she denied him access. No manager on site... 3/15/23

Just a heads up, This location does not accept any of the coupons delivered through the mail. The employees are very kind.
Only got two foot longs and one was a BLT which they only gave three pieces of bacon on my BLT and everything came out to 21.38 sad for a subway.

I ordered the Subway club special which comes with 3 meats. She asked me to confirm whether I wanted the subway club or American club.. I told her the subway club ($11) After I paid, and tipped, I look at my receipt and seen she charged me for a sandwich plus 2 extra meat charges. When I showed herthe mistake, all the sudden couldn't speak English? It was only $5 but who likes being cheated?? And on a sandwich at that! Lol So yea, double check before paying at this location.

Felt like was rushed to make my sandwiches no body behind me and forgot put bacon on one . She didn't even ask not injoying my lunch felt rushed needs to take time not rushed was all over the place for 3 sandwich make sure tell her to slow down

Hello Good people I was at this location today at 9:40 am please don't go to this subway very rude staff and very dirty kitchen they don't even wear gloves the lady who's was helping us very rude and unprofessional all I asked her give us mayo and sweet onion on the side and she said the policy is I can only put it on the sandwich I can't give u on the side I left without getting sandwiches I was not only getting one sandwich i am talking about sandwiches
