I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the awesome treatment of your employees at the tailgaters in Antioch. I am a very frequent visitor at this establishment. Whenever I visit, I am treated nicely by everyone, In fact, I feel so much like I'm the only customer in the entire place. The security staff, Joe and (I believe his name is) Martavious, they greet me with so much respect, and they address me by name, every time. The bartenders, Joe, Gary and Tony, are all great. I have been many places, but I can NOT compare their greatness to even the best of mixologists.John, my regular waiter is truly one of the nicest guys around.. And the others, including Leonard on the cooking staff, Sam, the DJ, the bus person, they're all awesome.I am well respected by everyone at Tailgaters. I mean with the wonderful treatment that I get makes me feel like true VIP, a very important person.Thank you once again for having an awesome staff.ERIQ

Today I went in with my mom and group of her coworkers for happy hour . To begin with at the beginning just being sat the waiter Cameron dropped a drink on me proceeded to bring me a few napkins and look clueless on what to do ; the floor was soaked all around the table so we ended up moving to another table and we watched as he walked through the puddle too many times to count without even putting a wet floor sign or attempting to have another worker come mop it up . As we proceed to ordering we all get our appetizers we ordered nuke warm not even hot .. we were there for a total of two hours talking and catching up and Cameron avoided our table after our food was left and once we realized 30 mins went by and we needed refills he kept ignoring us I had to literally wave him over and raise my hand ? It wasn't busy and he could see us in plain view he genuinely just ignored us and I find that pretty ridiculous considering I wasn't even that upset over the drink getting dropped on me but with how he acted after just topped the cake for me . We will not be spending any money here after this ; The service was genuinely terrible and would not recommend.
