I went in to order my usual sandwich, the manager then came in and decided to make mine, her name was Janene. The sandwich was horrible and she didn’t even wash her hands. I saw her sweep the lobby beforehand. Janene then proceeded to cough onto my sandwich while making eye contact with me. Worst service ever don’t eat there!!! They also treat their employees poorly and she should face consequences!!!

First time today visiting TOGOS and glad that I did. My Italian classic was fresh and tasty. The place is super clean, things are in order and Angelina F was very pleasant. This place is so much better than Ike's or Subway. I'm ready for another sandwich. I'll return again and again for sure. Thank you!

I'm always rushed to push me out the door. Like today. And I was the only one in there. I had three sandwiches. She didn't write anything down and all 3 sandwiches were wrong. When I gave her my reward coupon she said it was for online order only and it wouldn't be accepted. My coupon doesn't say online only. I told her I've used my rewards here before. Was adamant about it being online. And once I was visibly upset that's when she asked for my phone number. Sure enough it popped up and my coupon was honored. Then get all somber when I don't tip. Got all the way home and all my sandwiches were wrong...

Was served by Martine (hope i spelled his name right). It was my first time trying Togos and the sandwich he recommended did not disappoint. He was engaging and friendly. I would hire him to my company in a heart beat. This guy deserves a raise!

The people behind the counter were very nice, but not only did I ask and then remind them a number of times not to cut my sandwich in half, but we had a conversation about it, and it still got cut. Not life-altering, but annoying. Also, I had their cheese steak. Yes, it did have cheese, and it did have beef, but any resemblance to an actual cheese steak sandwich stops there! Conversely, my wife liked her Ruben. Most disappointing was the Dutch crunch roll they advertise, even on a placard on the counter, but don't sell anymore! Sad!

What's the point of ordering ahead and customizing your sandwich. California club?? I clearly said I didn't want avocado and the whole freaking sandwich is avocado! I'm literally so annoyed y'all wanna close the bag I should be able to take my sandwich thinking it was made correctly. All I see is avocado. Im so upset I spent my money on this. Where is the rest of the sandwich it's just lettuce and the avocado I didn't want. Thanks for nothing. Can't even order ahead, now I know not to come here again on a road trip didn't think I had to open my sandwich up before I was ready to eat it. Wasted my money I wish there was a way to be compensated absolutely ridiculous.

I come here occasionally when I'm in town visiting my mom. I usually have to wait a few minutes after the given pickup time. Today I walked in 10 minutes after the time my order was scheduled to be ready. Nobody was in sight. It was really weird. After about a minute, the guy working there and a woman who was picking up an order for delivery came out from the back room. Then he started making my order and the woman's order. Not sure what else to say. I didn't ask questions.

We came in around 8:15pm and had a large order. Janine and Maliyah had the best customer service ever. It was pretty late and we wanted hot sandwiches with slightly complicated instructions. Both ladies jumped in and had the best attitudes and were extremely friendly. I don't usually leave reviews but both these women were exceptional. They were pleasant and made our sandwiches with care. We very much appreciate our experience at this location. A+ service.
I visited this store tonight as I've visited it many times before and have Never had the level of customer service I had tonight. They were closing and yet Malia and jeanineWere absolutely amazing from the customer service down to the love they put in my family's sandwiches. Just to think I was going to go somewhere else. I will be back.

Placed an order online around 7pm, I arrived a couple minutes after my pick up time, they weren't busy at all, with only one other customer inside. I Stated that I had a pick up, I didn't get her name but she told me she had forgotten about my order and it would be a few minutes. They were out of olives, no big deal but the sandwich was still missing a couple things I asked for, I also asked for light Mayo and the sandwich was drenched in it (didn't open it until I got home) ... the amount of Mayo added to it was just too much and then forgetting about the order.
