The floor was wet and slippery the day I went . I told them they should dry the floor before someone gets hurt and no one seemed to really care but other then that the food same as always I got a stomach ache and so did my daughter we had steak salads something must of been no good or over it's expiration.

Placing your order for pickup through the mobile app makes it quick and easy. My only concern would be that sometimes you have to wait awhile for somebody to acknowledge your presence before handing you your order.

They charge an arm and a leg for literally a table spoon of protein and rice. Some of the people who make the food second guess themselves if they added too much protein. INSANE!

I have to say this was my first time at the location of Chipotle and will be my last. To be honest, the employee that evening seemed to be a little bother it was around 8 or so, and it seems like everything we ask for was gone or almost gone. We made t through the order. (Even with the employee utilizing a little product as possible to complete our order. ) I guess they were stretching to make it to the end of the night. They didn't even have chip"sad," but we went to grab some utensils and napkins, and there wasn't any in the area. So my daughter let the employee know and the reply back was are you sure? We told the employee that we would wait for them to finish up with the other customer, and soon, the employee saw that we were speaking the truth. Well, we finally got out of there. The sad thing was that the daughter became sick from the food (we all had something different). Spend 2 days getting back to normal. I'm not sure how the employee day was prior to us arriving. Maybe it was just one of those days.
The restaurant is nice and clean. The only issue I had was the number of homeless that hang out there.

You don’t know how to answer your phone I’ve called 25 times and cannot get ANYONE to answer absolutely ridiculous customer service!

Service was fine and severs provided food with a smile. Came in on a Thursday at 3:30 and there was only 1 other customer in the restaurant, so definitely can't blame anything on being busy. Ordered a double chicken bowl, white rice, pinto beans, fajitas, corn salsa and cheese. When I got home, realized the rice was cold and clumpy and my chicken was 80% burnt and stale. I wasn't about to drive all the way back as I was starving and just wanted food. Very disappointed in this Chipotle experience.
