If you have a cut off for new pizzas at 9:30 PM why advertise a closing time of 10:00 PM?

It's in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. Safe and well lit. The build your own with dough options is great. It was the end of the night, so tables were not specifically cleaned. Open till 10pm is a bonus. Nice staff and friendly.Parking: Plenty of open space free lotKid-friendliness: Kids definitely welcomedWheelchair accessibility: Yes!

Floor is dirty. Temp in restaurant is cold. Employee that made my pizza doesn’t care how much toppings I want on the pizza. He put too much garlic on the pizza. Asked for a brand new pizza. The lead made me a new pizza. The Blaze in Pasadena is much better.

I usually love Blaze, but have had bad experiences here two times. The crust was burned, the pizzas weren't cut all the way through, tables were not clean, and the temperature of the restaurant was too cold. The staff is green and needs training on basic tasks.

Excellent customer service. When making your pizza, they are patient and you don't feel rushed about what to add. They asked to ensure you are happy with your order.

All right! Here's the pizza place that's just like Burger King, you get it the way you want it and that means putting all your toppings that you want on build it your own style pizza! I always get a personal Pizza with about 10 different toppings, and the best thing about it it always tastes great, because it's always made the same and the toppings are always fresh, and for the low price of $13.99 I can make it into two meals, stop in and try it it's very tasty Pizza, yummy yummy yummy for your tummy tummy tummy!!

Blaze Pizza stands out as my top choice for thin crust delights. Building your own pizza here offers a unique and satisfying experience. While it's a bummer that not all locations, like Monrovia, carry the mango soda, the quality of the food more than makes up for it. Coupled with great servers and a modern, sleek design, it's a must-visit for pizza enthusiasts.

Atrocious service and experience, wouldn't even come if the pizza was free. Asked for my name 5x to still get it wrong, when I went to pick up my pizza I had to give it back to get drizzle and was treated with the worst service attitude from start to finish.

I enjoy scraping the cheese off the top of box as much as the next person for that umami of cheese-cardboard infused flavor but for real...First time, I let it slide.Second time, I put it in the notes. Hey, I didn't want to be a Karen either but better be safe than sorry right?Wrong, they ignored me.For everyone else, maybe don't get the high rise crust. The heat from the pizza affects the structure of the top of the cardboard box, it caves in a bit, and you get all your cheese stuck to it.It's a shame, the crust is surprisingly good for a chain. You can really tell their Wetzel's roots.
