Real disappointment. When I received the wrong order and called to have it fixed, got the impression they didn’t care. I guess they won’t care that they’ve lost my business.

D'Isacc Cashier, and Paul, were welcoming, helpful on food suggestions and the vibe felt genuine. It's one of the reasons I chose to come back after deciding initially to go look at other food court options.So 5 stars!! on service and lemonade.? The Mac & Cheese was average. Nothing special.The crispy deluxe sandwich was ok, nothing special. The Lemonade ? and service would be the only reason I would return.
This is the 1st Chuck Fil A I've been to that has bad service and delivers cold burgers! The chicken is so cold that not even the cheese can melt even a little, you tell them that the chicken is cold! And they tell you that it's not true that their chicken is hot! You are giving them the proof in their hands and yet they start claiming No! Even feeling the ice of the burger in their hands, they say no and I asked for it without the vegetables, just the chicken with Pepper Jack cheese and ice cream!I do not recommend that chick fil A nor do I plan to buy there! Finally it is a fast surrounded by a thousand more options

Chick-fil-A--my go-to in a bind because it's close by my house and there's curbside pickup. I've come to this location to dine-in while at the mall, but my last 3 experiences were curbside service. Service is decent, relatively timely, and employees are always willing to give you extra sauces upon request. Given the holiday season and people's moods, they're doing great. I just have to say though, that unless you check your order carefully, there's often stuff missing. I ordered a salad my last 3 visits. I checked my order 1 of the 3 times (yeah, I know. Check it each time.) and 2/3 times they left out dressing, or the tortillas strips and pepitas, or SOMETHING. I know it shouldn't be a big deal, but if I'm paying that much for a salad with dressing, pepitas and tortilla strips, then I should get dressing, pepitas, and tortilla strips. I'm going to say it--it's disappointing when you're looking forward to those little things and it's not there. Do better, Chick-fil-A!Edit: Gave them another chance to do it right, they left out the salad kit once again. This time I remembered to CHECK, and as much faith as I wanted to have in the Chick-fil-a powers that be, they failed me once more. Won't likely be coming back, but if I am in a bind and have to, will be super diligent in checking the order.

Worst of the chick fil a’s. Every time we go, they mess up the order. Last time I got tired of it and let the manager know that our sprites tasted and reeked of men’s cologne and that our order was wrong and he offered to replace it in our next visit. We decided to give it another try and they gave us HALF filled fries. I mean actually half filled. I looked in the bag assuming they must have spilled out, but now. Our drinks were packed tight with ice from the bottom to top of the cup, almost no sprite at all. And they didn’t replace the meals like they said they would. Every time there’s stuff wrong with the order when we go to this one. Much better off at 16th and Camelback!

Chick-Fil-A never seems to dissapoint! My favorite is the grilled chicken club sandwich. They have many different chicken sandwich options. Their chicken is so delicious you might think it was blessed by god.

I’ve never been to a chick fil a this dirty before. There’s food, receipts, fries, spoons, straws, all over the floor. Disappointing because all the chick fil a I’ve been too have been pretty cleaned up. Also, my friend didn’t get his cherry on his shake:((((. Do better.

Apparently this is yet another long awaited review from this local Chick-Fil-A from my former work town, Arcadia, CA. I have been taking out my work lunch from this branch of Chick-Fil-A, but how it got itself to 3 stars is beyond me. With the couple times' exceptions of someone getting my name spelled wrong on the receipt were just very minor issues. But I always got my orders correctly prepped and in due time with perhaps during a 45-min lunch break can get pretty hectic. Those are the only very minor issues I can think of. I always ordered their chicken nugget pieces, and I understand Inflation, so with their nugget pieces being smaller than McDonald's is really not their fault either. Other than these aforementioned issues, I have always enjoyed my lunch break visits here when i used to work at Nordstrom, Arcadia. I was back here yesterday on Wednesday, Oct/25/23. My friend and I got our orders promptly. Just sayin?!'
