Went at 11:15am; already superbusy.One of my 1st times at any in-n-out, so I had trouble articulating my order [secret menu item]. Also, never had a fountain drink from them. Cashier was helpful & patient; gave great advice to make an Arnold Palmer from the house lemonade & iced tea.Rather a long wait but it was very busy [dozen+ groups waiting for food, & about 20 waiting to order].My food was exactly as ordered. Enjoyed my 1/2&1/2 drink.The place was VERY clean; the staff I interacted with were efficient & very friendly.I commend the service, atmosphere, staff, & ability to customize your burgers.Only con: patties are thin & not seasoned.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, no stairs or impediments from parking lot to both doors; ramps wrap completely around; wide aisles to indoor tables, also outdoor tables.Didn't use the restrooms, so no comment on them.

Favorite fast food restaurant although the one in auburn seem like the people that had been eating there at the time I went were hella racist don’t go to the one in auburn if you don’t want to get racially profiled
