Browdy is the best!! We always have the best customer service from him. And he makes killer sandwiches!! Anytime I've delt with him he's always friendly, helpful, smart, and ontop of things. If he's not a manager yet he should be one! If he is then I hope he continues to more promotions as he well deserves it. Thanks Browdy for always giving the best service!

This Mr. Pickles is a good example of how new owners/management can change a local favorite for the worse. I used to come here 2-3 times a week and I would say even under the old owners/management service was slipping a little but still pretty good. Early this year I believe it was sold and then ever since prices kept rising and service/quality of food kept lowering.Last 2-3 times I've been they've forgot to put Avocado on my "Mr Pickle" signature sandwich.............even though I made no alterations to the sandwich and just asked for it the way it is on the menu. If you can't even follow your own menu and just make the sandwiches the way they are supposed to be........

Service was horrible wasn’t greeted. 3 times in a row I called In they told me ten minutes and II’ve had to wait 30 minutes for 1 sandwich. The lady had attitude w every time. The cashie is picking his nose and a guy takes trash out and goes right back to making sandwiches. So

I've been going here regularly (2-3 times a month) for years and lately there's been a steep decline in the food and service. Online orders are made incorrectly, ingredients for hot sandwiches are cold, bread never seems fresh, and the prices are higher every time. I can barely justify paying $14 for a great sandwich, much less for an improperly made sandwich that leaves a lot to be desired. I may have reached the point where I don't go back to this location, I don't know if it's new management or not, but something has changed.

Great food overall. If you go around regular meal times expect delays as they tend to be slightly understaffed however I usually find the wait worth it for the great sandwiches.
The manager was very rude and impatient with everyone . Service was very slow even though it wasn't busy. Quality and quantity of ingredients were not as good as it used to be, and prices are higher. 12;30 on Jume 27 2023. We may not be back.

Mind you I went at like 1030am, and there were a few customers, but I was quickly attended to and received a delicious turkey sandwich.The person making the sandwich wasn't the friendliest, but ya know, I get it. Life is hard. $12ish for a full turkey sandwich with the fixings. I'd say the interesting thing I noticed is if you make your own turkey, cheese sandwich with no premium add-ons, it's only 20 cents less than their sandwich with bacon. I didn't want bacon, but ya think the plain sandwich would be a bit cheaper!Regardless, I like Mr. Pickle's for a no frills, quality deli sandwich.

Food is always good and very consistent. And what's not to like about getting a chocolate chip cookie with your meal. Staff is quick and friendly. Staffing is good so the wait isn't usually long.Parking: If you don't go during lunch hour, you can usually get front row parking

ugh! c'mon Auburn CA team - you can do better! on 3/9 around 12:30, ordered BLT on toasted sourdough to be delivered via Doordash. All the sandwich fixings were in a heap in center of the untoasted bread - incl the mayo. Entire perimeter was bread only, tomatoes stacked on top of each other vs. spread across the bread. Weird chemical smell from the lettuce. yuck For $15 we really do expect better. Called for a new sandwich and got hung up on - cool. just lost my biz...
