Very cute decor and ambiance. Polite customer service. They gave books, sell other kick knacks. Theres a small garden on premises & composite bin. Also a nice little gazebo out front. I’ve only had the chicken empanada so far & it was good, my child liked also, we saved & warmed it up for breakfast. Will try again to try something new. Also the vibes are very calm. Oh & there’s a drive-thru

We had a great experience at Halfsies. Tried their beef empanada with the chumi chumi sauce. It was great! Unfortunately i dont have photos cos me and my wife shared one in a second. Make sure to stop by if you are on the road trip near by! It's right by the route 66!

I've been passing this place up for the past couple of months and haven't had time to try it. Finally gave it a chance and it did not disappoint. The empanadas were delicious. I will take a picture but they didn't make it to this point. Customer service is warm and sweet. Really friendly. This is going to have to be my new empanada spot. I just regret waiting too long to try it. Check them out.

Resident of Azusa stopped by seen the Empanada sign greeted by owner and his wife such a warm cozy place as I waited for empanadas I found what this family establishments is doing for community! Tears to my eyes genuine wonderful place bringing back to feed help people create a community go to Halfies best all around flavorful empanadas scrumptious!

Awesome spot that I went to while they were leading relief efforts in the area for the Eaton fire. I haven't had their food, but I've shared their company and I can say for certain that these are good people who care about their community. With that much love their food certainly bangs. Go show them some love!

Beautiful family looking to create a safe and educational environment for the community. The beef empanada was my favorite so far.. I plan to go back to try them all . Also need to try the coffee, havent yet.My little loved the garden and learning about plants. Cant wait for us to learn and spend more time here! Thank you for what you've done for our community!! Buyer beware! I spent $30+ dollars on severe food poisoning for me and my family. If you do plan on buying the empanadas, at LEAST buy them fresh. Otherwise you and your family will spend 2 days unable to keep anything down
