34th Street Burgers And Deli

One of the best burgers in town. Will beat in & out all day long and twice on Sunday. Made fresh to order. Brings back old memories of the 34th street car wash. Sad to see the original wash go away, but very thankful the burgers have survived. Yummy stuff every time. I suggest the bacon burger.

Had this place recommended as a hidden gem by a coworker. He said they were the best burgers he had tried in Bakersfield. Its inside the same buildong as the Sparkling Image carwash but doesn't feel like it. I got a bacon cheeseburger with everything and it was good, especially the bacon. We also tried the chicken strips but they were nothing special. Overall, good food for a good price.

No one ever knows about this place when I tell them about it. They don't understand a burger place inside of a car wash haha but it's a hidden little gym. Their burgers are pretty good and so are the fries. I like that the parties are nice and thick. Be prepared to wait because they have 1 cook making all the food while taking orders. The dining area is pretty boring and bland but it doesn't change the fact that the food is good. I give it 4 stars because I wish they stayed open...read full review
