chicken fried steak was mushy feeling and the gravy was watery. mashed potatoes were runny . went to get the free birthday breakfast. and you have to download the app. get the rewards club thing. email for a coupon like a month in advance..

A very well stocked, clean, medium grade bar. They have a juke box and a shuffleboard table with plenty of screens for the game. The bartender, Chris, is always nice and looks out for all his guests. A place for anyone who wants to chill and have a couple drinks.

So hard to find a great old fashioned in Bakersfield, Chris the bartender did a great job creating a masterpiece that tasted just like the ones i make at home! 100% recommend a drink or 3 here!

Is this place open i tried to go on a sunday afternoon about 4pm to watch a game but they where closed which its prime money time for a small bar or restaurant. Tried to go after work another day about 530 thinking they would be open but they where closed till 6pm when the bartender came in. So i guess they need to post hours on the outside so patrons know when they are open or of there open.

I always try to find good things about a place we choose to dine in so here are the pros and cons. Pros: Food was good. Got seated right away. Cons: Had to wait awhile just to get our drinks. After like 20 minutes we got the attention of another server to ask if we could order. After we got our food the server said I’ll bring your garlic bread so after like 5 minutes we waved someone down to get our bread. Never got our tickets so we went to cash register to say we are ready to check out.

This was my first and last visit here. My friend & I are both whiskey drinkers, so we thought we'd try out a new spot for us. Customer service wasn't great at all. It's way too light for a bar... especially a so-called Whiskey Bar, and when my friend & I asked to see a drink menu, the bartender said "Oh we don't have those made 'yet'. So I asked, "oh how long have you guys been here?" She responds... "About 3 years " AND YOU DON'T HAVE A DRINK MENU 'YET'?? Ok!!!??? So we asked her recommendation on a whiskey... she seemed as though we were putting her out. Not friendly AT ALL. It wasn't busy either, mind you. We ordered 1 shot of whiskey, asked for our tab & left. Never returning again. Hopefully management can fix the customer service.
Worst Experience ever. Will never eat at this Denny's again. to many problems to try and list. Food was horrible. Service was lousy. And I never complain about any restaurant. But has to be done now. We were there this morning. Yucky is all I can say

Came in for my birthday grand slam earlier. I had wanted to sit in the bar just after 11am, but was told there was no food service in there due to a lack of servers in there. The server was nice and said I could still order whatever drinks I wanted. I asked for a drink menu and she came back and instead of providing me with a menu, she asked if I wanted a beer, mixed drink, etc. I said I wanted a mix drink and she asked if I knew what I wanted, so I just ordered a Long Island. Clem, who appeared to a manager, brought me my drink. It tasted like an actual iced tea with some mystery booze in it. I have no idea what I got, but it was $8. I didn't send it back for fear of what I might get instead. The rest of the meal was fine.
