I am on the fence of my rating because the girl that took my order went above and beyond the scope of her duties. The downside is 5 homeless males were on around the perimeter and they all asked for money and wouldn't take no for an answer.

Horrible customer service even the supervisor was rude and the cheeseburger tasted disgusting idk what they did to my burger but I literally had to throw it away because it smelled & tasted like it was bad???????
I got a mocha and a cheeseburger and a sm fries they messed up my order the first time and second time and the third there was hair in my burger and my drink was extremely watered down I’m NOT a Karen at all I laughed and jokingly said someone was getting a receding hairline no big deal and I had made light of the 2 times previously when they messed up my order and then gave me old cold food. However, they acted so unapologetic the lady each time acted like I was a burden to her and omg I was making her do her job she’s being paid to do. so I said it’s one thing to mess up it’s fine but your so incompetent that you have messed it up three and u have the audacity to yell at me and get mad at me bc of ur own inability to do your job correctly. they changed there tune really quickly. They comped my meal plus gave me a coupon for my next visit which I haven’t used yet so it worked out after I got worked up which shouldn’t ever need to happen it’s sad .

Rude customer service after asking for a replacement. There was no one in the drive-thru when my mother and I ordered a hot chocolate, a frappe, and two breakfast sandwiches. They gave me everything right except my hot chocolate. They gave me a coffee so we went through the drive-thru again with only two cars in front of us and told them we wanted a replacement over the intercom. It took around 10 minutes for us to get back up to the window. Once we got back up to the window, their employee decided to be rude saying they had a lot of orders and we had to wait. After us already waiting and getting the wrong item. This is not the only McDonald's that has horrible customer service either, it's all over Bakersfield, it's a disgrace.

I placed an order in the app for food. The payment processed but never somehow left my cart. When I walked in to pick up my food, you would think that I was retrieving top secret documents.I showed the girl at the counter my email receipt, and even had to go into my banking app to show her that I was charged and she still was reluctant to give my a simple $7 of nuggets and fries.While it's not her fault, I don't appreciate having to talk to the manager 3 times over 20 minutes for such a small order. I would have simply reordered it were it not for the principal.If you're buying from McDonald's I wouldn't recommend ordering ahead. As for me, my relationship with them is done.
