Went thru drive thru between 9 or 9:30 pmon 2.3.23 ordered 2 special made burgers 2 med drinks and 1 order of med fries plus a 10 piece meal. (Comes with fries and drink)Pulled up to window was given 2 bags. From who looked to be the night manager she walks away and we had to honk to have them.open the drive thru window because we were not given our drinks she kept walking away and employee comes to window and hands us 3 drinks. We drive off and realize we have no fries but have an extra 10 piece and the burgers were wrong we go back with reciept and tell the manager and she says you were given the wrong bags ok so wheres my food she says there were 4- 10 piece nuggets in here i was like uh no just 2 bxs she actually was claiming there were more and that it was what was given to me I was like really lady I'm stealing two bxs of nuggets really stealing food im not that needy. She had an attitude the whole time. Handed me another bag and the fries were cold and the burgers were still wrong. Bad bad service. I am gonna get a hold of corporate today. And ask for a refund.

Everything was good, they got our order right and it was hot. The only reason I gave it a 4 ⭐️ was because they forgot our drinks and we had to remind them and show our receipt…that’s fine…and when we first pulled up to the window they handed us a fudge sundae. That was fine but we didn’t order it so I just think sometimes those double drive-thrus can confuse their staff. But in the end editing was good. ??Parking: It’s a one way lot and some people don’t notice when leaving so be careful.

Both my mcdoubles looked smashed and there was more ketchup mustard and onions on the wrapper than on the burger. Was just messy as hell and visually unappealing to eat.

Don't stop at here, or be ready to be dissapointed!!We were traveling through Bakersfield during the Thanksgiving week and stopped at this location about 8 pm on 11/22/23 and orderd a Cheese burger combo, a qtr pounder combo, and a spicy deluxe cripy chicken sandwich + 1 extra drink. The menu monitors weren't working, instead they had small laminated pictures of the food on the counter. The monitors have been broken for a long time but never fixed according to teh cashier. The store cleaniless was questionable at best. The hand sink faucet in mens restroom was extremely loose (ready to fall off) and the bathroom was filthy. The spicy chicken sandwich was gross. All the pickles, lettuce, onions, and spicy sauce was at the bottom of the box with the sandwich sitting on top of all that mess. The other half of the spicy sauce was on one corner of the lid of the box for sandwich. Will choose the usual In & Out of Chick fil A next time.
