I went through the drive thru right now 2/2/24 @approx 1245 and the cashier seemed as though she was having a bad day. Didn't say anything other than your total is 15.88 and your change is 4.00 (approx) i said thank you and she didn't even say you're welcome. I'm used to being acknowledged at least. The girl who gave me my food was at least pleasant. I'm sorry I have had problems with this McDonald's before. I'm just glad there is another McDonald's closer to my.house on Stockdale. I don't think I will be returning here anymore.

They got me..LOL they got me good. The only reason for 2 stars is the chicken nuggets were hot and they gave me all the sauces I ordered... Sorry , I didn't take pictures because I was driving. The visit:ok so I ordered a special meal they have online with two cheeseburgers, two ten piece nuggets and two medium fries with two drinks. I asked for a Medium coke w/ no ice. When I went to the drive thru I was told to move forward to the other window to wait for it. I was confused because all of the other food was already given to me. I moved forward and received a 3/4 cup full of Coke , I asked the "manager" to fill it and he had an abnormal look on his face ,I said nevermind.. The food:The burgers were cool to the touch, the fries were barely warm good for the grandkids not for the adults. McDonald's really does have the worst warm fries in the world , (to be fair the nuggets were good )but the cokes with no ice seemed like it was watered down. Gotta save where you can save as an operation I guess. Unfortunately we didn't find this out until we were too far to care anymore,as the wife was handling the grandkids in the back seat..If I ever have to go again I will never use the drive thru again.. The surrounding area is perfect but this is Not the normal quality McDonald's im used to as they don't even have a drink machine in the lobby, the quality you get here is not Good not McDonald's quality, yet it is a brand new McDonald's on a major intersection in Bakersfield. The quality of everything was subpar at best. If you went to this McDonald's one time It will tell you exactly how this place runs their business. So if you are in a pinch and have to go be sure to check your food before you leave the store. Unfortunate thing is the first couple of weeks they were there I went, and they were basically my new McDonald's that is no longer the case, if you want to get a McDonald's quality meal travel to Tehachapi, Ca (I know it's far but it's a great McDonald's to stop at if you're heading to Tehachapi, Lancaster or Las Vegas.. just go someplace else other than this location.That is all.

Arrogant little gen-z mexicants and edgar haircut kids, ranging from ages 16-23 kids that work here and think they're superior or have something against gig drivers who pick up food orders, then they laugh at you for picking up orders. All I gotta say is the moment we walked in... we were treated kindly and so personably. The manager Tony H was so amiable and very attentive. He just made our morning so much brighter and hopeful due to his human kindness. Again, we will be back, and this is now our chosen McDonald's. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and my family's. And bottom line: quick service, order perfect, and so tasty. :) Tony H you make a meeaan SF Ice Coffee. Whoop whoop

Highly Dissatisfied with there terrible service. We had kids 4 kids they wanted ice cream but they didn't serve the icecream saying, "we are about to close."
It's a big McDonald's and really nice too. The food was really good and delicious. The lady was very nice and friendly.

Go to only because it's close to the house. This mcdonalds tends to always forget something that I order. I never leave without checking first. For fast food, it's good, but it is getting pricey to eat there. I'd rather go to a fosters or pops burgers.

Every time I go on the drive thru the employee taking the orders sounds annoyed to do so, and today I pulled up to the window, payed, and after receiving my food I was told that there was no coffee. I asked if they could make more and the employee turned to ask the other guy behind him if they can make some, to which the other guy said no. I asked why did they wait until now to let me know, and the employee at the window seemed confused. The guy behind came over and repeated that there was no coffee and can't make more, they started to be rude asking if I want anything else or a refund. They ended up giving me an ice cream instead. It was 7:45pm, and I guess after that time they don't sell coffee, iced coffee, frappes? But they will charge you and let you know after the fact. Kids run this location.
