Every single time that I go to this panda express I have basically the same experienceFirst off, I go through the drive-through and I order online ahead of time the Food is basically immediately handed to me and it’s always hotThey also help me incredibly quickly and even if there’s a long line in the drive-through, it goes by incredibly fastHowever, the reason why I gave them a three star is because every single time I go through their business I get a their mealIt’s never filled this time I got their biggest one which is supposed to be three entrées and two sides … I am able to fit the third entrée, which is supposed to come in a separate carton in the main carton from the extra room that they have… look. If it wasn’t an extra five minutes away, I would go to the other Panda ExpressI would also like to mention that I did pay extra for shrimp and got like four pieces …

Beautiful brand new location. With a drive-through! But the rice was a little cold, and lots of employees are sitting around while some of the items hadn’t been refilled in quite some time such as the lids for straws maybe it’s just a learning curve because it’s so new.

I went the other day and wow! Idk, but there was a worker there named Natalie and she had a great attitude, and our portions were spot on! She was very personable and went above and beyond for our kids. We need more people like her in the fast food

First off, it takes a lot to piss me off. EVERYTIME we go, we have the worst customer service. Drive thru attendant gets pissy if we order more than one meal. Then they are always "out" of items. Followed by an attitude of "you're going to have to wait 20 minutes" in which we do anyways. They always forget items, and cop an attitude when we ask for our missing items. Bunch of smirkey punks working there tbh. They obviously don't like or want to do their jobs, why management keeps them is beyond me. Anyways, The one on the east side is our go to going forward. Service and food are miles better.

ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Everytime we have came here for the past 2 years (located close to home) we have felt uncomfortable ordering more than one plate. The attitude from the staff is sad. We always have to sit and wait 20 min for our food, always are missing items and then when we go inside and ask for the items we PAID for we are greeted with smirks and attitude from the staff. Seriously I hope this place shuts down or hires a new staff. Do the work u are expected. This place obviously wants to sit on their a** doing nothing. Will never be back. *Edit- to be clear, we usually go between 6p-830pm. it's always evening crew. The fact that managers let their employees act this way with no repercussions is wild. Look at all the 1 stars on here lol. Come on Panda. Do better.
