Portions were bigger then normal for sashimi, waiter seemed new and did not know the menu. Cooked food took about 25 min to come out. Sashimi was nice and cold, hot sake was warm and miso soup was good.
We were looking for a Japanese owned/operated restaurant in Bakersfield along the way to home. This real Japanese restaurant has been in business since 1997, and I can't deny the inside of the restaurant looks old. We ordered Sushi, Sashimi, Udon noodle and Salmon teriyaki, and all was delicious. The servers were very friendly and welcomed us nicely. I would recommend this restaurant for those who want to taste real Japanese foods in Bakersfield.

They open at 11:30am ...yet on my days off,I'll buy lunch for my wife...since her lunch break is at11am I call in and order at 10 45am Tempura shrimp combo with California roll ...they never fail me...on time & always DELICIOUS.!!!
