I stood at the counter for two minutes while listening to the two girls talk about their boyfriend problems right in front of me. Horrible taco bell. I walked out ordering nothing.

I don't know what happened to the food, but I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. I bought 2 burritos supreme and they were runny and very sloppy. I've been coming to this place for awhile and the food was okay but not anymore. Yo many homeless people hanging out in the parking lot. And I could only order the cravings box in the mobile app? That's not good for people that don't use apps for food.

I had a horrible experience with the drive-through cashier. I order two Cravings boxes, which come with 32 oz. She gave us 16 oz sodas, and told us they were out of large cups. And the soda she gave us for the wrong brand! So we asked for the proper brand of soda that we ordered. She then really turned to her co-worker and said she doesn't want sprite anymore. When we never ordered Sprite in the first place and offered to show her the app to show what our order was.

I mean it's fast food not the typical place u come to dine in but we did They no longer take your order at the counter. You have to order on the kiosk. They no longer have a self-service soda machine. You have to ask to get refills from over the counter. Mind you everyone behind the counter is rude as hell except for the manager was nice and literally would walk right by you while you're talking. Definitely will never come back. There is zero professionalism here

The food is pretty good, the service inside isn't the greatest. Lots of standing around and talking while taking food orders and in between orderings. The inside is clean but as stated too much talking and not caring if customers are wanting to know every detail they are talking about.. which I do not! I go inside to order and father thoughts while I eat or wait on my to go order, so loud and obnoxious behavior makes me get frustrated and want to leave immediately. Maybe it's my age, and I'm just getting old tired and impatient, but I don't think so! But the food is warm, and good!

I asked for a Large Wild Cherry Electric Strawberry Freeze. I let them know I ordered a cherry freeze when they gave me the blue raspberry one and they said they didn't have cherry. I feel like they should have let me know what when I verified my order was correct on the screen but I said that's fine with blue raspberry but they didn't even fill up the cup. Barely even filled it half way. This location is usually so good. Just really disappointed.
