If I could put 0 stars I would . BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I highly suggest u do not go here. It is DISGUSTING inside. Roaches in my DRINK and between my napkins. Absolutely disgusting. Chicken isn't even fresh it smells funky. The manager Franklin is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The employees are JERKS & very lazy.

I have to say their chicken is good but their biscuits are the best. And add.. on my recent trip (today) I was given the wrong order. i did not check, by opening the boxes while in line, but opened the boxes when I got to my destination. the order was wrong. I called ..no answer..and mailbox is full. with it being to far to return just for chicken..we ate it.just next time I will check the order while in line. reason for 2 stars. its disappointing when youre set on eating what you want but was given something else .so it didnt go down easy. ?

During my recent visit to Church's Chicken at location #787 in Baldwin Park, CA, I had an unfortunate experience. The service was extremely poor, with Carlydi was standing at the register, I tried place an order she was being unresponsive and walking away. Didn't say anything. I guess she wasn't the cashier? But she was standing there. while I was trying to place my order. Despite having plenty of chicken available, the lack of customers raised concerns about the freshness of the chicken. Unfortunately, the chicken strips I received were cold and seemed old, lacking the hot and crunchy quality I expected. My mother's fried chicken combo was also disappointing, as it was hard and crunchy, far from being fresh. Sweet tea wasn't sweet. Franklin, the cashier, didn't make the situation any better, providing nothing special in terms of service. I have no intention of revisiting this location, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well. Instead, I suggest seeking better service and fresher food at Superior, located behind this Church's Chicken. Or stick to Poppeys chicken The location was okay, Restroom was dirty but the lobby was clean. Just out dated. Overall, the food and service at this location were mediocre at best. Don't go.

Fried chicken was yummy. 3 pieces of chicken deal was a great value. Store look a bit run down. The customer service of staff was great, nice and friendly. But kind of slow.

I keep coming back here for my fries chicken and spicy chicken favorite....They alway make fresh and you can taste the chicken meat really good too...My family love the chicken meat and not salty at all...All the staff and managers is doing good job and their service is so friendly greeting too...I like the 3 piece chicken combo with biscuits to go...That is the best deal for it...I highly recommend it and you can take our or dine in to eat their...Give in my opinion rating is *10* star plus....They make the food taste better then KFC....happy eating ? day.....
