Food was not the greatest. Ordered buttery Jack. Did not taste like others I have ordered at other locations. Burger was dry and room temperature. Ingredients were dry and skimpy. No type of dressing. And appeared to be smaller than usual. Also ordered two tacos. Which had no cheese or sauce which I thought was funny since that's how they usually come. Got my food had no napkins no hot sauce for my tacos. When I asked for some napkins the worker seemed to get upset silently. Then I asked for some sauce and he gave two packs with a hesitation. And I like more then just two packs for my whole meal, so I asked if I could have more and hesitantly gave me exactly two more like I was asking for his last two cents or something. Just not what I'm used to

Falsely advertised as 24/7There’s been at least 5 different occasions where I’ve tried getting something after working 3rd shift and every single time I’m left confused as to why they’re labeled as a 24/7 operation. Is it only when they feel like it?

The food is great and affordable prices, but the service is the worst. Since you are ordering through the speaker on drive thru, you can hear the lack of service they have. When I approached the window to pay and get my food, her face expression was . Definitely, this girl needs customer service training. The situation should be addressed by a manager or director of the company.

I went to this jacks the other day and ordered a big meal for my family, the worker gave attitude and I heard her mumbled something under her breath on the head set. It sounded like she called me a bitch. I saw her name tag at the end (genesis). Do not recommend this place !

So I came in for a kids meal for my daughter and the fries were cold I came to cashier and this is what the lady manager said what do you expect it's a kids meal I was upset so just because it's a kids meal the fries have to be cold?
