Came here on a Thursday night, so there was a small line but not too many people. Despite this, it took a while to get served--the two young women behind the counter were clearly working as fast as they could, but it seemed to be understaffed. Otherwise, it's a great place to get some ice cream close to campus as long as you expect to wait ~10 minutes each time!

10 years after first visiting CREAM and I still dream of their delicious ice cream sandwiches from across the Atlantic.So fresh and delicious and staff super friendly and kind. Even on very busy evenings!
We got a pre-packed pint of mint chip. The ice cream was very grainy... which was quite odd. Not great texture - icy vs creamy. It was overly sweet. Probably wouldn't go back :(

Their churro ice cream is amazing and paired with some snickerdoodle cookies for an icee cream sandwich is so flavor full It's a match made in heaven!

Ice cream isn't as good as BR or Fenton's. One of the two people there was just unable to build an ice cream sandwich and gave me a sloppy mess. Most the ice cream stayed behind in the wrapper.

Employees looked like college kids, which makes sense. They were nice enough. Probably ready to go home. I ordered an ice cream sandwich, as one does here. The cookies were hard, and the ice cream was super soft. So every time you take a bite, the ice cream squishes out. The churro ice cream is delightful. But I would probably just order it on its own next time. Shop is cute, I honestly don't remember if there was anywhere to sit. But we just got our order to go anyway. I might return. But won't go out of my way to do so.

This place is great. Their portions are good for the price (~$6 for a large, but it's really big) and their flavors are tasty. They also have quite the selection of sweets, too! They staff is always nice.

When I tell you this ice cream and cookie were delicious. My niece and I devoured the bowl. I hate that I wasn't able to go back the next day for seconds. This is a must visit on a warm summer day. Hell... it's a great place to visit on any day.

Great customer service from the cashier but the young Asian woman that scoops the ice cream is consistently short with customers and rude. She seems annoyed every time a customer walks into the store as of that’s not the job she gets PAID TO DO. I can understand being in a bad mood every once and awhile but I work around the corner and come to this store probably 2-3 times a month and all 3 times I’ve been there in the last month she’s been rude as F-CK. Definitely not the type of person you need your customers meeting when they first walk into your establishment, especially if she treats every customer how she treats me. Smh do better.

Absolutely delicious! I haven't been here in nearly 10 years but it's still as good as I remember it to be. The store has changed a bit since I used to come but the treats are just as good. I feel like it's such a classic and I'm glad that the company is still around.
