Pretty average overall. I was excited to find a fairly newish taqueria in Berkeley since I feel like they've been lacking in this department for a while now. I dropped by for a quick lunch pre-COVID and was left kind of disappointed. This place is pretty much a little shack. Actually, a hole in the wall is probably better in describing it. Not really for dine-in but they seem to do a lot of to-go orders. I ordered a cheese tamale, a chicken tostada, and chips and salsa while I was there. For the quality, it was a bit pricey. The cheese tamale was dressed nicely with salsa and sour cream, but the masa was dry and the cheese was hard and seemed overcooked. There wasn't much cheese inside of the tamale to begin with either. It felt like this tamale was prepared a few days before. It certainly wasn't fresh at all.The chicken tostada was huge and topped with a nice dollop of guacamole. It looked the part, but the chicken was waaaay over-seasoned. I could literally taste the seasoning salt with each and every bite. Waaay too salty. The salt just ruined everything for me. The chips and salsa were both average. The chips tasted store bought, and they only gave me one little of salsa with it. Definitely on the stingy side when it comes to the condiments. They don't have tap waters here, so you'll have to buy a bottle of water or they'll provide you with one of the little water bottles if you're eating there. The staff was working hard and were actually very pleasant. It's too bad because the food was a miss for me. It wasn't the worst that I've ever had, but it wasn't very good. I wouldn't go out of my way to come back here based on this experience alone.

Awesome little tiny Mexican place with tasty food and reasonable prices. It's always super quick to grab something from here and the staff is very friendly.

I got a god awful burrito for over 10 dollars. I'm not stoked about this place. There are way better places. Sorry

Solid burrito for $10 - excellent spice on the meat - it has a real kick to it! - no frills - easy in/out Looks like a new small business, run by nice people. Across the street from Whole Foods and definitely a better options for a quick meal.

Tiny hole in the wall with very nicely flavored tacos and tamales. The corn tortillas are about 4” diameter. The pastor was great!

This is a little hole-in-the-place with basic but very good Mexican food. I had tacos asada which were great - especially if you like things a little spicy. My wife had the tacos pastor that were even spicier - again very good.

This is our family's favorite Mexican food in Berkeley. My husband loves the burritos - they are huge and tasty - and my kids love the tacos and quesadillas. We make this a regular weekly stop during the busy school year. Highly recommend!

Solid burrito for a good price! Went here today since it's basically right beside my office and was very happy. They've got a lot of options, tofu and veggie too. The salsa is tasty, but wish they made their chips. It's a great pick up or delivery option, but there are a couple of counter type spots to eat there. Will definitely be back.

Delicious Pastor tacos...tender, no gristle, rich flavor and real pineapple. I'll be back to try the rest of the menu! Gracias!

Delicious food!!! Great service!!! The owners are very pleasant and always aiming to please!!! I love that they now have different kinds of Mexican candy!!! I highly recommend Enedina Taqueria and hope more people spread the word to support the neighborhood!!!

Ordered the veggie bowl and chicken tacos. Huge disappointment: frozen vegetables, canned black beans, store bought tortillas, flavorless chips and salsa. Ended up throwing most of the food away. Don't bother wasting your money.

Awesome spot. I wish I noticed it when it opened! The burritos are legit and there are plenty of vegetarian options. It's owned by a super nice guy who's rolling the whole operation on his own. Support local small business and go here instead of Whole Foods! Much better food anyway.
