Despite enjoying the great food and service, I went through a tough situation when a homeless man inside the store demanded my food/money. Unfortunately, he took my paid-for, barely touched meal, leaving me uneasy in a place where I anticipated feeling safe. It was disheartening that no one intervened, even with people around me. As a customer, I feel disappointed and let down, particularly with the lack of intervention. I kindly ask you to address safety and security concerns for future instances.

My friend was harassed by a homeless person here and the staff and security guard did absolutely NOTHING about it. Really disappointing so we’re definitely not coming here again.

The Dirty Boba, 50% sweet with less ice is my favorite. Many of their drinks are more like a dessert so I’d suggest to go more conservative on the sugar levels. Inside is so spacious and is a great study and hang spot.

I was excited to try a new snack place, and we odes a few things to try. Ordered for delivery popcorn chicken, fried tofu, curly fries, summer melon drink, Thai iced tea, dirty Boba, regular classic Boba drink.Let's start with the drinks.1. Summer melon was okay but wasn't sweet enough. There were bits of watermelon floating in the drink and maybe some bitsof lemon. Unfortunately, the watermelon wasn't ripe, and it tasted like they used the white part of the watermelon rind. ? The Boba tasted just okay, it had enough chew but didn't have that honey sweet taste to it like other places make it.2. Dirty Boba was mediocre with hardly any brown sugar taste. It tastes like just a regular milk tea drink.3. Thai ice tea was okay.4. Classic Boba was just okay... nothing really to write about other than it was a bit bland. Now let's talk about the food...1. Popcorn chicken was beyond disappointing... it would have made the chicken that it came from very ashamed and disgusted. On the outside it looks good, but once you pop it in your mouth it feels like you are eating a wad of cardboard. Not only was it dry, but it was hardly seasoned. I had to put garlic salt on it to make it taste ok, but then I had to dip it in a sauce to hide the dryness of the meat. The other disappointing thing was that the majority of the pieces of chicken were tiny. It looked like someone used the tiny dregs of meat and balls of flour from the bottom of the flour bin to cook and sell.2. Deep fried tofu was another disappointing snack that tasted as bland as a white piece of paper. Someone must have had a bag day or was too busy to pick up the seasoning shaker to flavor the tofu. Also, they must be saving cooking gas because the oil they used was not up to temp to properly fry the tofu. You can tell because the outside coating of the tofu absorbed all the oil and didn't properly crisp the outside. Yes I know it was delivered and it couldn't be crisp by the time it got to me but I've had experience buying fresh deep fried tofu from Oakland Chinatown and driving it all the way home five cities away and the outside of the tofu was still hard.3. Curly fries... I don't normally order this but my daughter likes them. The curly fries were okay.. seasoning was fine. I think the fries were the best thing in my whole order with the drinks coming in second.Overall, I wouldn't go back unless I totally forgot about this place and accidentally visited or ordered from them again. ?

I love the dirty boba here! There's a lot of dirty boba around these days but I am still convinced Feng Cha has the best one in the Bay Area. This store is pretty big and usually has seating available. Decorations look nice and drinks come out fast.

I recently visited this Boba place for the first time, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The moment I tried their Key-We Fruity Tea with fresh Kiwiana and Chia seeds, I was blown away. The combination of flavors was simply amazing and incredibly refreshing. The tea was brewed to perfection, and the addition of the Kiwiana and Chia seeds added a unique twist to the drink. I couldn't help but fall in love with it instantly. The staff at the establishment were also friendly and welcoming, making my visit even more enjoyable. If you're a fan of boba or fruity teas, I highly recommend giving this place a try. You won't be disappointed!

Milk foam cake was ok. Something was off, but my friend finished the strawberry cake. I thought it would be similar to souffle pancakes but I was wrong.

Ordered on Snackpass because they had a first time customer promo. Ordering was quick and easy but I had to stand around at the pickup spot for a while before anyone even noticed me. I ordered the Kiwi Basil Green Tea 70% sweet and it was yummy but I don’t think any fruit tea is ever worth $7. I also would have liked for the tea to be stronger as the kiwi flavor was good but really sweet and one note. I went home and added my own jasmine tea concentrate to the drink I ordered and that made it much better. But if I’m paying $7 for a drink I don’t want to have to fix it myself.

I ordered the fresh honey milk tea and popcorn chicken. I got 50% sweet and it was still quite sweet, but the drink was still good. The popcorn chicken on the other hand was BAD. It was wayyy overcooked. It was so hard to bite into. There was also too much dough and not enough chicken. My friend got the garlic fries and only one corner of the fries box had seasoning. Probably won't come back.

Great study spot, super cozy and cute. I got the mango sago drink and the flavors and texture of the sago just hit all the right notes that day, so I would highly recommend.I got the Tiramisu Treasure cake. It's def something good to share, I think the coffee was strong for me, but I stay up until 4 AM on 1 Costco sample cup of coffee, so I'll be the last to judge a coffee cake. Service was okay. They are usually busy filling orders so most of the interface is with the computer and picking up your food. They have a bathroom with a passcode you get from the front.A lot of the drinks get taken up by the end of the day, so if you want free range, come early!May the odds ever be in your flavor!Marilyn N.
