At 3pm I ordered 50 burritos on the site that Gordito's website took me to in order to order online. I got a confirmation text that the order would be ready at 5:30pm. At 5:30pm I got a text saying it was ready. I went by at 5:40pm and they had not started my order. It was for a meeting for 80 people that I needed to be at by 6:10pm. I do not suggest ordering online with Gorditos.

The service was mediocre. The super burrito was listed at $12.50. This was without the traditional protein and guacamole which are included in every other restaurant's super burrito. With a protein added, I spent nearly $17. The tortilla, rice, and beans were flavorless and tasted old. The asada was more fat than it was meat. Only ate 1/4 of the burrito. Dumped the rest and picked up a $4 hot dog (which was FAR superior). Will not be returning.

This place is a bit run-down. I was eating my burrito, and there was a whole pebble in my food. I told the employee, and he did not do anything about it. Almost busted my tooth for a below average burrito. Would not recommend.

Very underwhelming. We got the vegan burritos and added salsas, vegan sour cream, and guac, which costed extra that totaled to a $14 burrito (each). The only ingredients on the burrito were rice beans and the vegan meat. We will not be ordering from here again because while we paid for the extra toppings we got none. So unfortunate when businesses do their customers dirty like that. Boooo

I had some of the best vegan nachos I've EVER had when I came here to Gordito Amigos while in the neighborhood. I appreciate that they have a separate vegan menu and even prepare the vegan items in a separate area to avoid contamination with animal products.The vegan nachos had the perfect amount of melted vegan cheese, guacamole, and vegan sour cream. I also got it with vegan carne asada which was pretty good. There were also mushrooms - not sure if that comes with the vegan nachos themselves or with the carne asada, but that made me EXTRA happy as I love mushrooms. And big plus: the chips managed to stay crunchy for the whole meal, which does not often happen.My family really seemed to enjoy their (non-vegan) items (tacos, burrito, quesadilla).I also had their horchata (which happens to be vegan) and it was quite delicious.I also like that you can order ahead of time on Snackpass. Will definitely do that next time I'm in the area, and I'll definitely be getting the vegan nachos again!Vegetarian options: Separate vegan menu and they take care not have cross-contamination

BEST VEGAN TACO EVER. The vegan carne asada is the best meat alternative I’ve ever had.
Worst tacos I've ever had. Ordered one chicken and one barbacoa. No flavor whatsoever. Even the hot sauce was bland. Filthy, dirty, crusty dining area. This place has gone completely downhill and took my money with it.And just to twist the knife the restrooms were out of order (which, based on the state of filth in the dining area, was likely a blessing).

I had high hopes for this place. I got a shrimp burrito and he put maybe 5 shrimp on the stove. I asked for extra salsa and he acted like he didn't hear me. I ended asking again a little more louder and he gave me more. When I ate my chips and salsa the salsa tasted spoiled. I mean I'm almost sure it was spoiled. It probably was the reason he ignored me when I asked for more. I was just very underwhelmed. It was basically a bean and cheese burrito with spoiled salsa.
