This is our favorite non-fancy bougie breakfast and coffee place in Berkeley. I always get the croissant breakfast sandwich with orange juice. They also serve THE avocado toast (the one that prevents us millennials from buying property) and their iced coffees are delicious too.

Cute spot and food was really good. Just kinda weird they don’t specify that you need to order at the counter. Employee taking order was kinda weird too. I could never really hear what she said and she told the barista my order which ended up being wrong. Barista did fix it for me though and was really friendly, thanks!

Old world, quiet, settled atmosphere. Barstools and wooden tables. Scrambled eggs and cheese on croissant was EXCELLENT, as was the breve.
