I have eaten here several times. There is parking nearby so that shouldn't be a problem. I love the exclusive lounge feeling you get. In addition wax statue of Mega Bollywood star Amitab Bachan guarding the restrooms is so cool. The food reminds of the finer restaurants in London where the appearance and presentations is much as important as the raw material and tickling every inch of the tastescale Desi fusion food (halal) that has remarkably well taste every time and we always go finger licking after our visit. The staff is okay and that has sometimes been hit and miss, but I won't hold that against them and missing a great culinary experience. Maybe small portions, at least when used to US portions and perhaps a bit pricey. The main thing is the ambiance and the food and if that is important, you should def pay Indus a visit. I recommend this place for foodies!

If you're a foodie, this is absolutely the place for you - best food this side of the Mississippi. I've noticed people aren't very impressed with the service or vibe. But if you're looking for incredible food or enjoy good hole in the wall experiences, I couldn't recommend Indus Village enough

Don't be put off be the decrepit furnishings and down right scary bathroom. It's GREAT and reasonable. The nan is colossal and made by a chef who has made it for years. I get the Indy's combo. So good. A little light on the chicken, but that's ok. Tons of dal, rice. Enjoy!

I have eaten here for years. Bought the indus combo today. Rice, spinach with some potatoes and tikka masala. Also a naan. Good value. I also order biryiani. I will take pictures next time.

What a hidden gem! Authentic Parkistan food.We ordered the village set, lamb chops, and multiple Naans. All dishes were very flavorful. My favorite was: potato Naan and lamb chops. Lamb chops came on a HOT sizzling cast iron pan and it was very chewy but soft.

Had the paneer tika and garlic naan. Not impressed at all. The tika tasted like tomato soup and the naan was ok. Huge serving which was nice.

The staff have no common courtesy in preparing the food. They burn it, they under cook some parts of the meat, they dont marinate or add spice unless they randomly feel like it. Absolute worst pakistani dive in the East Bay. No pride in their cooking.

I tired their halal chicken biryani tastes like Pulau. Location of the restaurant is in perfect off the freeway when heading to Napa or coming back.

The food is amazing! It is so hard to find quality Indian and Pakistani food in Berkeley but this is a jackpot! So glad I found it! Their goat cry and chicken tikka masala are to die for and their garlic naan is a must! 10/10 would recommend it! Their customer service was also really good and when I asked for recommendations they were super polite and gave me exactly what I wanted!

The village combo is such a homemade food that is so hearty for the price. I am now a regular.
