Went thru the drive thru, and getting back home found that a item was missing. The receipt was printed with faded ink, unable read the phone number. I was about 40 miles away and I didn't come back 3 days later when I had business in that area again. Brought my receipt and was treated very badly, the manager told me I waited too long to get the item that wasn't in the bag but was paid for. I explained where I live offering to show my drivers license and was ignored 15 minutes until the manager told me I waited to late for me to get what I paid for. I became very upset and asked for the managers name and was completely ignored as they were speaking Spanish to each other. I told them as I walked out that I would definitely inform the corporate office of the of how RUDELY they treated me.

Hi its 430am and came to jack in the box on grantline and just told me they not taking any order at moment if I wanted I can go see iack in the box on eleven st or place an online order wow everytime never fails the one on grantline sucks
Stopped by and ordered a jumbo Jack and I saw them pull the cooked patty out of a container then give it to me. I guess using the grill is to difficult. Cooking a burger is to complicated. Many years ago it was different. Everyone wants to sell you food that's cooked and has been just sitting there.

I went to Jack in the box tonight. It took forever in the drive thru. They gave me a chicken sandwich instead of the jumbo Jack I ordered and a Dr pepper when I ordered a diet coke. Very unsatisfied.
