No wonder it opens only 2 days a week. So many cute pastries you can choose from. tbh, the croissant itself is no better than others (like acme or Fournée bakery), but with the pistachio&strawberry flavors added, it wins!
I go almost every week. Often twice. Everything is delicious. I even bought the $19 brioche once, and you know what? It slayed.

This French bakery is like a cozy little corner where carbs and cravings meet their match. The pastries are light, and the fillings are like a flavor explosion that hits you just right. No need for fancy descriptions; you just need to know they're darn good. The vibe inside is chill – Music in the background, warm colors, and friendly faces. No frills, just good food. If you find yourself near Berkeley and want a taste of France without the long flight, La Noisette Sweets is where it's at.

Small shop with great bakes. Honestly reminds me more of bakeries in France. Their style of croissant is very French, not that American crackling flakey crust. But very soft, airy, great butter taste, still with some flakey-ness. Got the chocolate croissant and shrimp pastry. Very tasty. Also got the canele which was very nice. No coffee though so go next door for coffee. I'd come back.

[4/5]this place is quite small (no seating) and around the corner from a couple of cafes. i wish i grabbed a canele while i was here because i heard such good things about it. pistachio strawberry croissant 4/5: i loved the pistachio strawberry pairing (more places need to do this!) it was a delightful pairing. the croissant itself was nothing too extraordinary in comparison to other criossants that I've tried in the bay but the filling bumped up the overall rating of this.

I had a random craving for some caneles for a few weeks and was looking for a pastry shop that wasn't in the city that I could visit! Searching on Yelp, I found La Noisette Sweets and realized I walked by the shop once but it wasn't open that day. This time around, we came on a Saturday morning and it wasn't crowded. Service was quick and the staff was friendly and patient while I decide on my order. If you like French style baked goods, this is a great place to check out. The caneles flavors were great, not too sweet! I would come back just for this. Since their pastries menu changes, I would come back to try the other pastries next time. If you're looking for seating area, there's a small section of benches outside for you to sit down and enjoy your pastries.

If you get to know the owner the pastries only become sweeter and more savory. He left his business owning and running multiple hair salons to pursue a passion - baking these goods! Jumped into school to learn the trade and has been making these yummy things for 6years or so. What a hard worker and what an understanding of great pastries and food. Think about if you could make hundreds of pastries on your own. This man DOES. Amazing. Glad he has some help, and I can only selfishly wish he keeps this place open for many more years to come. Don't just go when you pass by. Make the special trip and buy more than one pastry. You won't regret it.
Lots of amazing French pastries here. I've tried a number of their offerings and everything has been delicious! Lots of flavor, nothing overly sweet. Very exciting find.

My pain au chocolate was fantastic: moist enough to not flake everywhere while having that satisfying crispy, flaky bite! When my wife took her first bite of the Meyer lemon Danish, her eyes her eyes rolled back lol. She was flabbergasted with how tasty it was; then she finished it ravenously.I will definitely return!

Loved the croissants and Kouign Amman! Came for their croissants and wasn't disappointed. They weren't huge not super sweet/overindulging. Great/strong strawberry flavor, and pistachio was tasty as well. I'd come back to try more of their pastries and goodies!
