They get the order wrong SO often :’/I’ve consumed so much cow milk here through the erroneous oat milk lattes they attempt.Online orders also come incorrect. Pls what do I need to do to not have to be stuck with another cow milk latte?

Located in the charming Rockridge area--Peet's is your steadfast, work-horse coffee shop. I used to go to Philz just across the street but after months of various baristas making my drink wrong or burnt, or having wait times of over 30 min, I decided to change it up. I have become what they call "a regular" at this Peet's since May of 2023.Every barista there has been super friendly and genuinely hard working. I feel that they care if your drink comes out wrong, and they apologize if you have had to wait longer than expected. Yes, it just little tiny details that don't really matter in the grand scheme of things--but it can make a big difference for someone pulling up at 6:30 AM on a cold winter day.Thanks so much to all the Peet's staff. :)Parking: metered street parking becomes impossible after 8AM so be prepared to park in the Safeway parking lot or walk from somewhere else (IE residential street parking).

Barista didn’t make the drink correctly. Ordered a Havana Cap. Condensed milk was all at the bottom. Other Peets location mixes it with the hot espresso before pouring. Makes a huge difference in drink experience.

It's a well-established local chain that tends to take on the ambiance of the neighborhood and clientele; the drinks are great; I've only had the almond croissant and it was good. but the staff is always friendly and very accommodating. I choose Peet's over the international mega corporate competition any day (until they all have union contracts).

when coming to this small café, the music was nice. The coffee was great tasting the employees behind the counter. We are courteous and professional and friendly. I always got my coffee on time, and the breakfast sandwich tasted great, and I could sit down and read a book or relax and wait for work. I highly recommend it to anybody in the Rockridge area to stop here for a good cup and nice outside setting

Visited this Peet's repeatedly over a period of 10 days while visiting my sister a few blocks away. Very friendly and prompt service. Coffee was fresh and robust. The scones were amazing. Love this place!Parking: Busy area but can usually find parking without too much trouble
This place always has a crowd and for a good reason: The coffee is good, better than most places. And it has a perfect location in the middle of good food shopping.
