Very convenient spot for coffee at UC Berkeley! I love the blueberry muffins as there is a great crunch at the top. The matcha latte is also very nice too, I usually order mine with extra cinnamon for a kick. There is some confusion as it is located at the Den, which is a UC Berkeley store. There are a few tables outside for seating, which makes it a decent spot for a quick place to meet for coffee.

On February 10 at 8:30 in the morning I walked in for a simple order and I was greeted with extremely rude customer service. And for the drink order her measurements weren't accurate so she fill up the rest of the cup with milk

Wanted to get a cup of hot water and the guy behind the counter shook his head no. I said to him can I purchase a cup of hot water. He said they don't do that. I left the place and thought that maybe they didn't want to get confused with Starbucks. Free wifi is a plus. Thank you
i was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the pastries i ordered since i haven't heard great things about this peet's drinks. i ordered the blueberry scone and marble bread and thoroughly enjoyed both! i had the blueberry scone immediately after i ordered it, but ate the marble bread a day later. the bread still tasted fresh and went really well with the english breakfast tea i made to go with it. all in all, i would recommend both pastries! also, i added half a star because they accept flex dollars. i haven't tried any of their drinks yet, so this rating might not accurately reflect all aspects of their service.

this Peet's located in The Den is Peet's basically in name only. the product offering is limited. no peet eats. no inside seating. only one associate on duty when i came during the early afternoon. a few tables outside for seating. brew: dark roast (m. 3.15) "yosemite dos sierras organic" -slightly harsh, not as smooth nor bold as other Peet blends. -counter area is very small 3.5 stars the other vendor in here is a pizzeria.

Ordered Javiva bleats with chocolate and caramel flavors... and got a caramel flavored almond milk. No coffee in it at all!

Im not sure how, but the coffee here is terrible. I thought maybe it was just a bad day so I tried twice more. The coffee tastes like they are reusing their grinds.Sucks ‘cause the location is good and all the other coffee shops are closed for covid in the afternoon.
