Coming from VA & NYC area I think we get better puff stuff especially Northern Virgina. The custard had a lot of egg & the bean rolls where not moist enough chocolate tasted stale, had great selection

Absolutely amazing and reasonably priced for Berkeley standards. I love their savory selection and their sandwiches are out of this world. My favorite is the ham and cream of corn bun. Cheap boba too. I go everyday for their black coffee and always make sure to grab something new. I like how their cakes are sweet but not so sweet like American cakes.

This is my go-to spot for delicious pastries, breads, cake slices, and sometimes even boba. The service is pretty par for the course with a take-and-go establishment and the space is always clean. Their jasmine milk tea is delicious and the boba is always the perfect firmness for me. I also love their apple turnovers, mocha/vanilla cake slices, several of their buns (ham and cheese, bacon, hawaiian bun, etc.). This is definitely a good place to visit for a quick snack or even a meal if you buy one of their sandwiches. It's the best bang for your buck on Telegraph as well!

a lot of different yummy asian pastries, cakes, and drinks. perfect for a snack, bubble tea, or getting cake for birthdays and the like. they frequently have special pastries and deals every month. they also seem to sell moon cake year round - never seen a bakery do that before, and i love that about Sheng Kee.

Friendly staff and line moves quickly even when the store is busy. The pastries here are good and consistent, but nothing outstanding or special. I would come again though!I got the Portuguese egg tart and it was really delicious! Very affordable price. Maybe it was a bit too heavy though? Also, part of the egg tart was too stuck to the tart pan holder.

There Boba teas are super awesome, but since the pandemic their quality has gone down. I used to be fond of their cakes and chocolate muffin but lately I found a mold in one of their cakes and I fell sick as well after eating one. I wish the quality comes back.
