Had a Frappuccino and shaken espresso made by Sam and I think this is the best Frappuccino and espresso I've ever had in my life. Unfortunately, this is my last day in the east bay, but thank you so much Sam for your awesome service and amazing attitude. Give her a raise!!!

I just ordered a strawberry and caramel frappe two of the stuff were really nice one of them seen fed up with her shift which is normal with working any job but overall the drink was good and I had a great experience overall no complaints and there was no line which I always

Every time I have come here, which is just infrequent enough for me to forget the previous time, has been a truly awful experience. No one knows how to make the drinks on the menu, it takes forever even if there are 0 people there, and the drinks taste nothing like Starbucks is supposed to taste. Even had an employee say "Good luck with that" when handing over the drink. Would definitely avoid. Just go to the original Peets down the road!

If I could give no stars I would. My fiancé went into this Safeway to get lunch and Starbucks for himself and his coworkers. Not only did he take 20 minutes to make three drinks, two of which aren't even caffeinated, but he blatantly told my fiancé he didn't know how to make his drink nor was he gonna look it up. This kid is clearly high on something... My fiancé ordered a Venti Iced Matcha Latte and it looks like swamp water. No milk and no added espresso shots that he had asked for added into it. When my fiancé said he wanted his money back because he was taking too long and it didn't seem that his drinks were going to be made right he flat out told him no, which is completely unacceptable and basically stealing since he didn't get what he ordered... The Starbucks worker asked if my fiancé wanted a drink carrier and he didn't say anything and just walked away and the worker proceeded to call him an a******* This is honestly DISRESPECT on an entire new level. Figure your s*** out Starbucks

came here too many times out of convenience, but this is one of if not the worst starbucks i've been to. they're rude, close whenever, and overcharge. want an extra pump of vanilla in your vanilla latte? they'll charge for each, which is out of policy.. they'll blame everything on "this isn't a normal starbucks, we're a third-party". as a former third-party barista, they really mean "this isn't a normal starbucks, we make the rules". there's a standard policy for starbucks, including how they charge. the price of an item may be higher at a third party store, but the policy for extra pumps of the same flavor/powder are universal. they don't even write names/nor code, they clearly don't care about any type of rules and are just being petty and straight up lazy.if you don't customize your drink, this place could be enough, just don't expect kind service. i've had ONE nice encounter out of several visits. most of the people are new so beware of that too.

PLEASE, hire new staff! I refuse to return to this location. My first time coming to this Starbucks was such a pleasant experience (during the mornings there is a very nice young lady). Unfortunately, however, the last two times my order was taken by Rosario and an African American woman who wasn’t wearing her mask and was SO rude while taking my order. After she took my order she got off shift and was talking to Rosario all-friendly but she had such a horrible attitude towards me. Both should be fired as this Starbucks is not even busy and they treat customers HORRIBLY! Never again. Please hire people who are thankful to have a job!
