Walking up and down the street of Solano you tend to get thirsty. Luckily there is a Starbucks to get an Iced Tea Lemonade at. I went to this location after getting off from work. I order my drink through the Starbucks app and when I arrive to get my drink it was already completed. The inside of this Starbucks has been kept up on keeping it clean. Some locations I have gone into have messy tables that are not clean up once someone leaves. When I came to this location I have seen the Barista cleaning up after someone leaves. It is great when I came into this location that their restroom does not have a code to use. I gone to other Starbucks which tend to be a hassle to ask the Barista for the code. Luckily nobody has vandalize their restroom.The City of Berkeley has struck gold for having a Starbucks at this location.

My favorite Starbucks to frequent on the way to work once or twice a week. The employees are always so sweet and I always feel so welcome. The drinks are always made AMAZING and the store is always clean. Thank you for everything you do!

I have been coming to this Starbucks for years. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and accommodating to everyone's request. The complaints I have read in other reviews are petty and are not representative of the baristas who are outstanding people. I have NEVER seen flies in here and it is ALWAYS CLEAN. IF you have to wait it's because this is a popular Starbucks and a lot of people come here and bring children also they take their time to insure they get your order correct. I have never had to wait , even when busy, longer then 10 minutes. They absolutely deserve 5 plus stars

The best friendliest service received at a Starbucks at this location. I just came in to get a chocolate chip cookie and was greeted and throughout the customer service was great. Too bad all Starbucks aren't like this one.When in the area this is my go to.Plenty of street parking around

I order here semi regularly, always with a breakfast sandwich. Past few times however when I request Sriracha instead of putting it in the side pouch of the bag they put it WITH my FOOD. SO DISGUSTING I don't know who touched the hot sauce or not so that's why there is a pouch on the bags. Come on!

We came here today. After placing our order, I asked an employee (no name tag, claimed his name is Ethan, with a red watch band) for a cup of water for my dog. With a face of disgust he asked if I had a container he could put the water in. I was surprised as in every store and restaurant they will give you water for your dog. I said no and, with an attitude of disgust, he asked another employee for a cup. When he gave me the water, I said 'thanks'. He didn't even look my way. Then he proceeded to kick us out because we had our dog with us.

Sweetest baristas, bathrooms are so clean, and they are SO fast with making my drinks! I only wait like 2 minutes everytime! The staff are amazing and I always look forward to seeing them when I come in before work in the early mornings!!

Love the food and drinks. I just wish I have all Starbucks made more effort to keep the noisy barista area away from the seating area. And that the seating area was more comfortable, with NO horrible screeching noises when chairs are dragged across the floor! The Starbucks in my little village, which sadly closed, was L-shaped -- and so had separate areas for the noisy, clanging, hissing food production and the seating area -- the best I've ever seen , with comfortable easy chairs, little tables and one long table of normal height. It was a wonderful place for the community to gather and became our social center. We miss it terribly.
