Bought a meal with a fountain drink and wish I never had. I was drinking it in the dark car and did not notice until we brought it inside that there were ants inside the fountain drink!

make sure your order is right because if you want to fix it they are going to drag there feet at the register and ask you a ton of questions. their meal combo is just a bag chips and drink at retail cost. no combo price i tried to return a drink and it was the slowest thing to do ever. should have returned the chips as well they were stale and some hard pieces in it. are they getting second hand late dated chips wtf.i will never give this weird place money.

When I bought a middle fountain drink and went to refill, one sandwich maker told me NO REFILL. This is totally RIDICULOUS!!! I will never buy again.

Tastes great. I always order online so I can just walk there and my food is already ready. However, one time my food was supposed to be ready by 5pm but when I arrived, they didn't even start making it, I had to wait 15 additional minutes because some more customers entered and I was told to wait. Very annoying.

This location does not support promos like the current BOGO going on right now, even with the code in the app. Why do you deserve my business if you don’t support the deals going on? Please do better for your customers.

The stingiest subway ever. Charges you for EVERYTHING. No refills on drinks. Extremely rude lady rubs the place. The one on shattuck is way better and the owner is actually a genuine human being. Don’t eat here.

After a long day at the library, I placed an online order through their app to pick up after walking there. Once I got there, the door was closed. After opening it and said I have an online order, I noticed everything was put away and the two workers standing behind the register just talking said they're closed from being short staffed. It was about 5:30, and online this location is marked as closing at 9... Also, I should note, I've been to this location when there was only one worker so I doubt they were short staffed with two employees. Anyways, I told them that the app still accepted my order and charged my card. Staff was extremely rude and inconsiderate. When I asked for just a cash refund, the worker claimed they had already closed the register and put the money into their "physical vault". It's not a bank, they don't have a vault. Overall was a bad experience, they just left a note to the workers for the next day telling them about the situation but didn't mention anything to their manager and couldn't assure I would get either a refund or my food the next day. Just save the hassle and go to a different location*Update, went the next day and got my sandwiches but the workers were still giving attitude. My opinion on just choosing a different location still stands

Staff is very rude. Veggies were frozen and looked in bad shape. They also did not have the offerings of a standard subway store. Avoid!

It's ok. The sandwiches taste like the other subways. Nice service. There's flies around the drinking fountain machine all the time because there's floor mats right next to it. The top cover of the drinking fountain fell off when I tried to get my iced tea and it hit my head. But this subway is there when I need it so it's ok. Took off 2 stars because they don't accept coupons and I get subway coupons in the mail all the time.
