“I have ordered sandwiches for pickup here for ages. I am glad the 99 cents store across closed so the excessive homeless people near this business GO AWAY! I have never had an issue with my orders. I like the teriyaki chicken. Looking forward to the apartments built where the 99 cents store was and further businesses opening here.“
“I eat here a lot because I like to eat lunch early and this is one of the only places open at 10:30 a.m. I typically get the #2 "meal deal" and minutes later I am back at my desk with a huge soda, bag of chips, and a still-hot six-inch sandwich for around $10-$11, which is about as cheap as lunch gets around campus unless you are clever or creative. The service here is always excellent. There are perhaps three different employees I see on a regular basis, and they are always nice to deal with. I would even say they are sweet. The other day, all I wanted was a soda (the cookie bin was empty), and the employee said, "no sandwich today? I have cookies!" She offered because she knows I like cookies. I bought two. My only gripe is sometimes the cookies are kind of old and crumbly, when I like them chewy. But that's my preference and not necessarily criticism. An observation: Sometimes I show up and the place is empty but the employee is hard at work filling a huge phone-in order. I have always seen them working alone, and they are always scrambling to get stuff done and never sitting around. Verdict: This is a better-than-average Subway. It's a major chain so locations may vary. But I trust the people at this location and count on them to provide good food and service. I look forward to eating here more than once per week. Note to reviewers complaining about the place not being open: don't trust any apps and don't trust Google. You can call them and you can hear it directly from them what their hours are. We are also currently in a pandemic and you may have noticed few places are open their usual hours.“
“Just had to write a review becase the guy who helped me here yesterday at around 10 am was so friendly and efficient i was amazed. At a time when customer service is going out the window i take time out of my day to write a review when an associate goes above and beyond to provide customer service.“
