I have been to so many Sur la tables & this one definitely made me feel uncomfortable. This lady was incredibly forgetful... she asked me 2 times for a bag, and both times, I responded, " Yes, please ." Ay the end, I'm just standing there waiting for MT bag, and she says," Thank you...." I respond." may I have a bag?" She completely wigged out and said," I ASKED YOU SEVERAL TIMES!!!" I was shocked she didn't remember she asked me twice!!! I told her, " I said yes, please, twice." Left feeling annoyed. MT sister n law was like, " What did you do??? To make her wig out??" All...I said was," I don't know!"....

If you love interesting kitchen gadgets, spices or cookware, etc. this is the place for you! Each time, I've visited this store, we are always greeted and offered help. Nowadays that seems less and less common.The store is laid out nicely and I usually end up getting exactly what I was looking for. It also fun just to window shop and go there to see what's the latest new thing. My husband recently got a knife sharpener and he was very happy with his purchase, thanks to the person who helped him (I don't remember his name). Check it out whenever perusing 4th Street!

Visited for the first time in a year or two and I was really impressed with the remodel. It's more of a new layout I'd say, very open and spacious. The displays are shorter than in the past and it feels very open and deluxe. Service was efficient and good, I was just picking up an online gift order.But oh the parking! The little lot in the back of the store was jam packed at noon on a Saturday. Thankfully lots of parking if you just want a bit down the street either direction.

I was here yesterday, 5/12 and saw a beautiful Le Creuset. I went home and tried to order on line but I was unsuccessful. I returned this morning and Luca greeted me and was very helpful finding the exact item. Very attentive staff and pleasant staff. Thank you Luca!
I'd give this SINKING STORE a NEGATIVE 100 stars if I could! Don't EVER shop here! I had the most unaccomodating customer experience. I tried to return a gift WITH A GIFT RECEIPT (mind you), and they wouldn't honor it. I was asking for a store credit so that perhaps I could TRY to find something on line since their in-store merchandise selection SINKS!!! I was told that my return was beyond the 60 day policy (who ever heard of that when you have a receipt??????) They told me as a "courtesy", they would allow me to buy something there and then. WHAT BULL S******* Since this stoe appears like it's gonna close like all their other stores, their merchandise selection appears to be kept at a minimum. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and shop at WILLIAMS-SONOMA! Beautifully appointed and a much generous return policy.

Was just browsing the store while in the area 3/2/22 around noon, older lady with glasses approached us rudely probably assuming we weren't gonna buy anything. A few minutes more of looking around and the bald guy gives us the same rude tone as the older lady. Although their tone changed when we ended up buying something, I wish Yelp would let us give this place 0 stars for the way these employees talk to you just because we dress/look a certain way.

I ran in here today while I'm the area. Normally I shop the Walnut Creek store but I'm never thrilled with any of it. Well let me tell ya, this store is amazing!! I was immediately greeted when we walked in. I didn't buy mush at all but I had a lot of questions and nobody made me feel bad about asking any of them! The store is huge, well stocked, clean, and every employee was friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back!!
