This is my favorite sushi restaurant to order delivery from. I have been trying to order on Uber eats to support during the quarantine but it has been unavailable for weeks. Not sure if they closed or decided to stop doing delivery but I am very disappointed. Sushi 29 was a staple in my delivery diet:(

We stopped in here on a Sunday night. It wasn't busy but the atmosphere is cozy and quiet- a nice place to visit and relax. We tried three different rolls- crab, Godzilla and shrimp and everything was great. It seemed reasonably priced, fresh, and great service!

We have gone to Sushi 29 many times. The most recent visit may have had the worst service we have had at any restaurant. The place was not crowded. We waited to get our order taken, one of the first dishes was forgotten and we had to remind the waitress and another part of the order did not appear until we reminded the waitress who seemed to spend most of her time chatting with another waitress. One of our party ordered some take-out at the end for her kids. The sushi chef made the dishes and they sat on the counter until we had to flag the disinterested waitress again to bring the take-out and bring the check.

This was really good sushi like really really good sushi The pieces of fish are about twice the size or more than normal sushi pieces and the price was a little expensive but still I think well worth it he ended the meal with a lovely tomago with caramelized sugar on top we will definitely go back this was an amazing dinner

I have not found anything to dislike about this great Japanese restaurant and sushi bar. Long slices of fish on the nigiri are a treat. The ribs (yes pork ribs)are amazing! The location is central Solano ave with easy parking. Friendly quick service as well.
