Ordered online. Said order was ready. When I arrived the store was surrounded by a chain link fence and closed.

Right off the bat, I'd say the thing that got me to order from here was the price. All the rolls were more than fairly priced..some would even say cheap for sushi. However, the sushi isn't was not cheap tasting at all. While it wasn't that great, the price point definitely made it worth it. I got three rolls total: spicy tuna, Alaska, and rock n roll. The reason for the 4 stars is because they were all just average sushi rolls; there wasn't really anything that made me feel like it was more desirable than other sushi places aside from the price. Regardless I will still continue to order from here because the sushi is fairly priced and it is still good!

Ordered take out dessert, sadly got a bunch of frozen stuff. There was a frozen gross chuck of freezer burn in my cream puffs. Pretty disappointing.

I asked which one is the best menu and he tolde it's Lion King Roll. It tastes sooo good! It doesn't feel like just a fast food near gas station but very high quality sushi roll. I want to recommend to you all!

I got the poke bowl and it came out looking nothing like the picture. It was honestly the worst poke bowl I've ever had, and it didn't taste right. The tomago didn't taste good with everything, the cucumbers weren't pickled like they normally are in poke bowls, and it just wasn't worth it.

The fish was pretty fresh, but the rice had no flavor. Over-salted miso soup with metallic-tasting seaweed...It somehow had no umami...How do you even do that?!

I am giving it one star because the sushi roll was good. I ordered the roll from door dash. The roll was $11.92 + $3.99 for delivery + $3.50 for cheese cake + $4.00 for tip + $1.70 for service fee + $1.43 for tax. The order arrived with just the sushi roll. It was a small roll and there was NO cheese cake. So, here I paid a total of $26.54 for this tiny little sushi roll and when I called the sushi restaurant he said there was nothing they could do about it because the were "out of cheese cake". What a frustrating experience. No one likes feeling like they were ripped off.

It's our go to sushi spot. Love the tamago nigiri and tuna rolls.

Bad experience. Delivery was on time via Grub Hub. Requested extra soy sauce, only rcv'd 3 packets for 2 rolls. The quality just wasn't there. Lots of shrimp shells in my dragon roll and a mushy/slimy, not so appetizing texture to the BBQ eel. The tiger roll was no better, the tempura shrimp was hard and stale. Very disappointed since they have such high reviews and I paid nearly $30 for this.

I ordered a spicy salmon roll (~$5) here on Grubhub and was pleasantly surprised! I was in the mood for sushi that could get to my work within 20min and Sushi Go Go fit the bill. Since it was a delivery order, I can't comment much on ambience, service, or location. For a $5 spicy salmon roll, it was pretty good! The fish was fresh enough and the scallions and sesame were a good combination. Looking at other reviews, I hope to return here and try out more of their other food options!
Great gas station sushi. Good quality for the price.

This is the best Gas Station Sushi you'll probably ever had. You know the stigma of Gas Station sushi with their hard, cold, possibly expired sushi rolls? Sushi GoGo is quite the opposite. The sushi's are made fresh to order and the flavors are great! If I had to complain about something would probably the size of the rolls leaves me wanting more. The food: I've basically had anything from their bowls to rolls. They're all really good. The Lion King is small but, one of the best I've had since... Sushi house having it the first time at Sushi House many moons ago. The salmon bowl is my favorite thing to order because it's just like a Lion King roll with cucumbers, seaweed salad, and tomago. Granted, the fish isn't the top tier and the sushi rice isn't great either but, for the price and convenience, I think it's totally worth it especially if you're ordering from 3rd party vendors to drop it off to you. End food review. All in all, this is the best gas station sushi I've had. Of course you can go to a sushi restaurant and get better grade sushi but, I definitely don't mind hopping on Doordash and get some great tasting sushi rolls.

Me and my girlfriend got the party platter one night because we were too lazy to cook, and we heard about this hole-in-the wall gas station sushi! Overall, good sushi, the ingredients were very fresh and the speed our decently sized order was filled was quick as well. Definitely had leftover overs for another meal when we split the party tray. I'd definitely come back again for a good deal.

Didn't even realize it was a real sushi place at first, and was really skeptical of the quality because of the location, but they really proved me wrong! Fish was fresh and rolls were delicious - I learned not to be hasty to judge and to be grateful they're in the area!

I found my new affordable sushi to-GO spot in Berkeley! We wanted something to pick up quick on a Sunday night to enjoy with a movie at home and ordered the Funny Tray (this is available online, but you won't see it on their in-store menu) and 2 orders of gyoza. There was no line at the counter and it took about 15 minutes for our order to be ready. The gas station that Sushi Go Go is housed in offers a surprisingly diverse array of items so the time flew by as we looked around. The Funny Tray was fantastic and provided all your favorite basic rolls: shrimp tempura, California roll, salmon roll, unagi, and spicy tuna. They were well-sized and offered a good amount of filling and appropriate amount of rice. I liked that it came with little containers of ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce. I thought the gyoza were nice and crispy and I enjoyed the sweet and sour dipping sauce it came with. They offered a slew of other items, including desserts and sweet teas. Service was really friendly and quick as well. I will definitely be back!
