We love dining at Troy on Solano. So much that we knew exactly who to contact to cater our event (30 peopke). Gyros, Pastitsio, Moussaka, Greek rice...all a were crowd pleasers. Hassam and the team at Troy were helpful, professional & courteous. Thank you for contributing to a joyous celebration.

Troy is great Greek place!! The wraps are really good. Everything on the menu is really good. I would recommend this place. Never had any issues with troy's.

I have always liked and appreciated Troy's, but they are the latest business to go to a "no cash" policy that -- whether intentional or not -- discriminates against those who don't have access to credit cards or electronic payment, such as our already vulnerable homeless community. All citizens have a right to access services such as local restaurants and I have to stand with our poor and homeless brothers and sisters and stop patronizing Troy's until they change their policy back to allowing access to all.Plus, no one's cash has ever bounced or had its numbers used for fraudulent activity. The food at Troy's is good but their payment policy needs to change in order to continue earning my business.

Nice place, a cafe more like. I only had an appetizer and it was nice, food is almost delicious. I'm a vegan cook, I'm probably more critical, but I really appreciate nice service.

We ordered delivery and we enjoyed it a lot. Solid no-frills meal. Important to us: the pita is soft and delicious. Our former favorite Greek place, Ikaros, gave us crispy toasted pita last time we ordered and it was quite disappointing.Liked and will order again:Gyros platter -- four strips of absolutely delicious lamb/beef meat mixture, nicely spicedGreek fries -- we could live without the heap of parmesan on top, but the fries were great, well seasoned and addictive Tzatziki -- light on the cucumber but great yogurt tang and worth ordering an extra side even though it also came with plattersMight order again:Greek salad -- heavy on the olives and we found the tomatoes and cucumbers to be cut too largeBeef souvlaki -- we got a side of this and it was tender and quite tasty, but too peppery for my tasteImpossible platter -- pleasant disk of Impossible vegan meat with a nice flavorGrilled seasonal vegetables -- zucchini and tomato, fine, nothing special and were also the same as the sides on the plattersSaganaki -- thin strips of cheese in a pleasant very lemony sauce, a nice low-carb side but nothing earthshaking Caesar salad -- I didn't want the pita croutons and there wasn't much special about the salad without themWouldn't order again:Falafel -- dry and uninteresting, tasted too much like cuminHummus -- horrible pebbly texture and uninteresting taste
I always wanted to try this place!!! It didn't disappoint! Like wow! The place was a little cold for a cloudy day... they leave the doors propped opened and no heaters inside, so those with elderly or small children may not fair well! The service was great. The staff is nice and friendly. The food... definitely worth the chilly seating for me!!! I love lamb kabobs, but these had a slight distinct flavor!!!Clean restrooms.Street parking,, or walk across the street for garage parking which is FREE!

Very nice waitress, service very slow, 15 min for a slouvaki I could have ordered it of a food truck.I just don't understand how such a place is rated so high by the locals. Quality food desert most likely...

One stick of lamb cubes plus rice, zucchini, and salad not worth $20 and not a memorable meal.
