Exceptional experience at Tupper and Reed in Berkeley! Rachelle and Kaycee, the bartenders, delivered top-notch service and were extremely hospitable. The atmosphere was amazing, creating the perfect backdrop for enjoying their excellent mixology-style drinks. Highly recommend!
