It was my first time here! I was sent on an errand to order lunch and I was very pleased! The salad bowls are super fresh and tasty! The lemonades, green juices, and booster shots are also great! I think my favorite was the chlorophyll lemonade! The girls were very helpful! And if you enjoy a place where they have a rewards program this place is for you!

For years I bought their products at Whole Foods and Costco, alas, 2020 came. When I realized my local UR was offering local delivery (through Doordash), I gave it a try. I've probably gotten delivery from them 10 times in the last 6 months - everything has been accurate and delicious every single time. Well worth the price, and they partner with "Thanx" for $10 off I think every $100 I spend.... which is no problem.My go-to's: juice shots but of course - Turmeric and Cold Booster I usually buy the 12 pack, plant protein like Choco Banana, the After Party juice when I need it, and their salads and snack I also have my favorites: vegan cesar, rainbow salad, brunch benedict, black rice and fruit cup, spring rolls. Vegan vegan vegan, whole, delicious, quality. As they say "Food is Healing."

Very refreshing juices! Got the celery juice and youth shot. I like how the celery juice brings a hint of lemon and how the youth shot was just very quick to drink. Not sure about the worth of the shot vs its price as the shot was so tiny. Overall, nice place for healthy drinks!

During these difficult times, I was looking for some meal services which I can order for both myself and my extended family, who live in other residences. I initially tried Urban Remedy at Whole Foods, and found it tasty, so I thought to try it through the mail. The website is user-friendly, even for those such as myself who don't do much online purchasing. The product took two days to arrive, so try to plan in advance when you want your meals. The items arrived in a box lined with special packing as well as ice packs, so as to keep the product cold. I ordered a number of items: drinks, salads, pasta, chips and desserts. I enjoyed everything, especially the pasta. The pasta is composed of cut zucchini noodles, which were really terrific. The food is not cheap, so I don't plan on ordering it all the time, but I definitely will be using their service on a weekly or semi-weekly basis. If you're looking for food deliveries which are nutritious as well as tasty, give Urban Remedy a try.

Woweee! Food was delicious and gave me energy. The drink was a nice blend of coffee and healthy stuff. And oh-me-oh-my the service was fantastic! Very friendly and outgoing and helped me make the right choices.

Ordered oatmeal via DoorDash today. It was COLD!!! Not mentioned anywhere on the menu, so I had anticipated hot oatmeal. And for almost $6, it came in a tiny plastic cup. Boooooo

What I've tried so far are very good. 5 stars for the food & the atmosphere. 2.5 stars for the service (more like "what service?" I love the Superfood bar. It tastes good, I love the texture, and all the nutrition packed into one tiny - but extremely satisfying - snack bar. I like that the calories aren't super high, and the sugar isn't high either. What I didn't love is the service. For a place that is all about nutrition, the service people here don't seem all that enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge. I came here yesterday and this morning and each service person wasn't super friendly, they weren't mean, but they didn't make me feel like talking to them. Apparently, there is a stamp card that the cashier didn't give me yesterday. Today's cashier offered it to me, but was less friendly than yesterday's cashier. (She did seem a little under the weather), but I don't like inconsistent customer service. I also read in other reviews that people were offered samples. I think this makes sense, considering the cashier knew I was new to Urban Remedy. I was offered nothing! I might've bought more if I had been, seeing as I was shopping. I couldn't make up my mind on a salad so I just grabbed my usual bar and a the Time Machine drink. (probably the best lemonade I've ever had). So while the service wasn't great, it won't stop me from eating here. I like the convenience and the concept. I hope they can hire better people, though, to make the experience better.

Loyal fan of Urban Remedy- Really nice people, very healing space, love the crystals.... I feed myself this way half the time when I'm being healthy.... especially great in the summer, it's helped me transition to be more plant based.... I got addicted to the salads/greens.... I actually much prefer UR over sweetgreen which I have tried, and always find those salads way overpriced and kind of impersonal.... I just don't like them as well. Love the loyalty rewards.... I had a one day cleanse a little while back and it made my day.... Shalia is a real sweetheart along with the rest of the staff and manager here are all good people - thank you guys for feeding me and helping me to maintain my health... a while back I was sick for like a month- during flu season and my work exposed me to everyone's sickness.... I was on the wellness shots like every day and it helped me cope and get better. I also quit smoking around that time, and basically used UR to help me "cleanse" and get back into healthier habits.... now I'm hooked! :P Can't say enough good things- I go all over when I'm out working on the go... SF, Oakland, Berkeley.... always a good experience, highly recommend

The best "packaged" organic meals of all shapes and sizes to go plus the professional staff to educate, answer questions. I mean, the best service people; namely, Kristin, store Manager, Shalea, product knowledge specialist, Caitlin, super-friendly, these 3 I see most often. Anyway, "Sunsquares" are to die for! Raw Oatmeal with fruit, VLT, I eat 1-2 salads per day, and the really cool deal is the discount card which gives you a free item. No white sugar, no gluten, the "mock tuna" is scrumptious. The drinks!! Don't waste your time reading this when you could read Urban Remedy labels in person!
