Was absolutely shocked to be the only one in here on a Thursday evening-- I hope it was just an off night, because it seems like they should have more business here. They have a drink menu that's on par with other boba tea shops, and their snack menu is actually a bit more extensive than other places I've visited. It's also quite affordable. I got the rose milk tea with boba and then chicken karaage for a snack. Both were delicious. There was only one girl working (which is obviously fine since I was the only customer), and she was pretty fast at making everything considering she was on her own. I'll definitely be back!

I got the potato croquette rice bowl here and it was pretty good! Added some Tabasco and it was fire!! Also husband brought me back some tea, I'm not sure what it was but it was definitely better than what I've tried at Asha.

This is a Taiwanese cafe and it seems like about 30-50 of these are opening every day from Sacramento to Land's End, always owned and operated by young Chinese kids that drive Bugattis. Not -all- with this name, just the exact same menus with the weird trendy tea that has little gel balls you suck through a straw and try to avoid choking on without ever knowing the real ingredients from which they are made, in China. Whew, that was a real run-on-sentence. So, I don't suck unknown gel balls through a straw for a variety of reasons but I can't stop laughing at watching people do it. I'm easy to entertain. Tried the pop-corn chicken and it has a huge amount of breading which would go great with an IPA. The name on this building BTW is 'E Tea' not Yi Tea, but I guess that's close enough.

The snacks here are Addicting. Everything I've tried here was really good. . Takoyaki is My favorite. My Daughter loves their Chicken Karage which is a much bigger version of a popcorn chicken. Wife loves the Potato Balls and Tufu Balls since she's a vegetarian. They are not skimpy at all with their portions. The owner suggested a Lychee Rose drink which was floral and quite delicious. Will be coming here often to buy snacks for my staff. Very convenient location. Walking distance from campus. Skip the wait and long lines at those overrated and overpriced boba spots and come here instead. #SupportSmallBusiness #ShopSmall #ShopLocal

I love the beef don here! ! ! The beef is tender, juicy, tastes good, the wakame is very crisp and refreshing. Store is clean and tidy ! ! ! Table game available with free WiFi. Milk tea is good, and not expensive, I prefer melon tea, for me is the best ! ! I will try more next time.

E Tea takes over Sancha Bar's space. lots of seating. flatscreen showing video. infrastructure looks upgraded. offerings: mllk/fresh fruit tea, crema, snacks eats: chicken karage(5.99) -big and tenny pieces of chicken heavily breaded. drizzled with white sauce, lemon squeeze on side. -no way it's chicken karage or popcorn chicken. passed on boba tea, never heard of E tea. 3ish stars. crumbs: -customer service is very good. 4th star is for service

One of few tea or boba places which has Winter Melon Iced Tea on the menu. Also, free WiFi if you need it.

Well . First time to ETea. I thought it will be the same as SF location . The owner tell me ,they are different and not related. I tried the honey lemon green tea and beef bowl. The honey lemon green tea has really good balance with the sourness and sweetness. Love it . Beef bowl was really good. It's actually same as yoshinoya i think. i could eat this thing everyday haha. Plus the price I paid also really good . Will be back again .

You can feel the very strong tea aroma in your month which I really really like. And It is like a cafe where u can sit in do some work or assignments while having a boba milk tea or some snacks. Personally I really like popcorn chicken!

Customer Service: Stellar Experience was pleasant, and a great addition to an otherwise long day. Had a swing at what seems to be their popcorn chicken. Secret Menu stuff. The seasoning was surprisingly enough. Not overwhelming at all. It maintains a good taste and a nice render but if chicken too. Definitely recommend this location!! 10/10
