Hello there i'll make it quick and easy. This place is one of the most authentic and exquisite Italian restaurants on earth so lucky that its here in LA! Owner is still there in person and so sweet. Definitely try the truffle pasta I have had it everywhere and this one is by far superior. Enjoy guys!

Pasta there is too al dente. Like boiled for 1 minute only al dente… if ordering pasta just tell them you don’t want to chew on uncooked hard pasta.

Having explored every nook and cranny of Italy, I stumbled upon this hidden gem of a restaurant in Hollywood, CA that exudes authenticity and purity. The pasta served here easily ranks among the top three I've ever tasted in my entire life. As for the Ossobuco, it surpasses any previous encounter I've had with this dish, leaving an indelible mark on my taste buds. Each plate presented an exquisite blend of textures and an unrivaled richness that truly elevated the dining experience to stellar heights. The desserts, oh, the desserts! They were a sinful indulgence, transporting me to a realm of pure bliss. The drinks, meticulously crafted, were nothing short of perfection. The service and hospitality bestowed upon us were unparalleled, with every detail attended to by the attentive and genuinely sincere staff. To my astonishment, the owners themselves graced our table, ensuring our utmost satisfaction. This remarkable establishment deserves not just five or even a hundred stars, but a staggering 10,000 stars.
Anytime I come to LA from NYC I always make it a point to stop at Madeo. The penne madeo is so simple yet it’s probably the best pasta dish I’ve ever had ! Service food always on point I wish they had an east coast location.

This is just for reservation purposes. The female hostess is very rude and only makes exceptions/ accommodates people who “she knows their name”. I understand if you are booked but there is a polite way of treating and speaking to people.Unfortunately, I manage a client that would’ve been a great, high value customer as they are at other premier BH locations where they often buyout for events. Totally turned off by the attitude and will not call back.
