READ BEFORE YOU GO !!5 stars for service zero for foodThis is in the level of disrespect people who spend top dollarsBig show for nothing !!Amazing service scene then huge disappointment from the foodWe started with chicken satai Wes ok. Vegetable dumplings, tasteless. Ordered their noodles we never receivedThe crispy beef was a JOKE!!!! Total waste of moneyInsanely Thin sliced of maybe beef fat not the meat himself covered with tons of cornstarch and they called it main course, you basically receiving a very small plate full of cornstarch fries. The crispy dock greasy and dryFried rice full of oil, veggies as wellAll dishes swims in oil.If I could I wouldn’t pay a penny for this meal.Interesting how come not even ONE CHINESE PERSON dine in this Saturday night service. Not even one. It’s a shame for the Chinese culture and culinary to call this establishment a Chinese restaurant.I’m in shock.Server decided to put us on a pre fix menu even though we asked an la cart because we’re not eating some of the stuffHe decided to order for us and choose things we didn’t needThen he serve us the check saying he saved us some money ?

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CHEATS. i went to pick up a takeout. I ordered the crispy beef but the maitre advised me to get the Fiery beef, saying the Crispy beef will be mushy when i get home. I agreed to Fierybeef, waited 30 minutes, but when i got home it was a SUPERTINY portion of "Crispybeef",now Mushybeef. However, i was charged $64 instead of $58, PLUS A TINY portion of saltless, tasteless, cheap sticky steamed rice for an EXTRA $28. Charged A total of $102.00 plus wanted a 20% tip. PLUS $20 for parking. WHAT A RIPOFF. STAY AWAY HERE. DISGUSTING OPPORTUNISTS. MEDIOCRE CRAPPY FOOD

Mr Chow in Beverly Hills offers an exceptional dining experience. Their attentive staff listened carefully to my friend's dietary requirements, a bodybuilder and nutrition expert, and crafted a meal that exceeded expectations. The steamed Seabass and scallops were flavorful and expertly prepared. The staff's grace and attention to detail made this dining experience truly exceptional. If you're seeking outstanding cuisine and impeccable service in Beverly Hills, Mr Chow is the place to be.

As part of the combined menu options the Filet of beef was not close to being what a true filet should be as it was extremely fatty. Frankly it wasn't anywhere near tasty enough to continue eating after just a few bites. The price for two people was $301.00 for which the overall portion's were skimpy to say the least. When the server asked how the meal was when I requested the check I told him about the filet and he apologized and brought it to the attention of the captain who deducted one drink from the bill which I thought they should have removed the cost of filet since I didn't eat but I did not ask for anything as was I just informing them since they asked. Bottom line Mr. Chow did not live up to its reputation!

Food was excellent and the service was superb. We celebrated a birthday and we had a wonderful dinner

The food was excellent as always. The captain, Rudy, put the two courses, appetizers. and main course on top of each other. We didn't even get to finish our appetizers until they were taking plates away and bringing the main course. The table couldn't even handle everything. Recommend they fix this. Then rating would be a 5.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mr. Chow, and my experience can be best described as nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I stepped into this culinary haven, I was enveloped in an atmosphere that seamlessly blended sophistication and warmth. The design of Mr. Chow is a masterpiece in itself. The attention to detail in the decor creates an ambiance that is both stylish and inviting. The restaurant's aesthetic complements the dining experience perfectly, setting the stage for a memorable evening. The crowd at Mr. Chow adds to the overall allure of the place. It's a vibrant mix of patrons who appreciate fine dining and a convivial atmosphere. Whether you're there for a special occasion or a casual evening out, the diverse clientele enhances the overall experience. However, what truly sets Mr. Chow apart is its exceptional staff. I struggle to find words to capture the level of care and attention provided by the staff. From the moment I was seated, their dedication to providing impeccable service was evident. The little touches, the genuine smiles, and the attentiveness of the staff elevated the entire dining experience. Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the food. Mr. Chow's menu is a culinary masterpiece, and each dish is a work of art. The green shrimp, a personal favorite, was a burst of flavor that left my taste buds dancing. The dumplings were nothing short of perfection, and the scallops were a symphony of exquisite flavors. Every bite was a journey through a world of culinary delight. And let's not forget the cocktails. Mr. Chow boasts the best Old Fashion in town, and I can attest to that. Each sip was a testament to the craftsmanship and expertise of the mixologists. In conclusion, Mr. Chow is more than just a restaurant; it's a destination for those who appreciate the finer things in life. From the captivating atmosphere and impeccable design to the caring and attentive staff, every element of the dining experience at Mr. Chow is carefully curated to perfection. If you're a connoisseur of exquisite cuisine and unparalleled hospitality, Mr. Chow is an absolute must-visit. It has certainly earned its place as my go-to dining destination.Cheers to Mr. Chow for an unforgettable culinary journey!

Consistent and always great. The servers and door staff have a very small turnover and have great memories for names and likes and not interested about menu items. One of my family favorites.

Unfortunately, this was a miss. Hate to have to say this but I don't see myself going back ever again. Without getting into all the negative details, here are a few. We were celebrating a very special birthday and were given a corner table facing the white wall. They told us that is their best table in the house. At our request, they graciously moved us to the table next to it so we didn't face a white wall so we were thankful. We were offered champagne at around $92 per glass which we decided to skip. We were then highly encouraged by our waiter to order the pre-fixe menu at $125 x 4 people. Getting the feeling like I was at a used car dealership with all the sales tactics. We reluctantly agreed after they insisted that the pre-fixe would allow us to experience all their popular dishes without the burden of having to select each meal individually. Absolutely nothing we tried tasted good. I really don't understand the hype at all. The restaurant smelled fishy, the decor is substandard, the bathroom was horrendously dirty and we were one of the first parties to be seated. Having spent cover $900 with the drinks and tip, it was really disappointing to not have at least had an enjoyable meal. The staff is attentive and welcoming but the food and vibe don't meet up. It just felt really dated overall. Save yourself the time/money and go elsewhere. I was really hoping to enjoy the food but the only thing that was somewhat tasty was the rice. A much better experience could have been achieved at any local Chinese restaurant.

Tasteless, very small portions and expensive. This place is just not good to be be quite frank. Not sure how they keep the lights on.

We attended for Valentine's Day and we requested the regular menu selection on our 6:30pm reservation they forced us to do the pre fix menu, the royal kir champagne was terrible and which is not what I would drink ever, as I did not want my drink or menu items forced or selected for me. They lied and told me this was my only option and I could not order off the regular menu. Everyone else ordered off the regular menu. Being Valentine's Day I drove one hour to go there and I brought friends with me a table of 4 they forced us to eat meat and chicken on lent which is against our religion Will never go back. We asked them several times and they said this is your only option which was lies we spent $1,130 on way too many items that we did not want to order and got terrible champagne that we definitely did not want. I'm extremely upset this Valentine's Day, I wanted to select my own food and drink- the dessert was extremely disappointing.

Mr. Chow Beverly Hills offers a glamorous experience, but on my Valentine's Day visit, the magic didn't extend to the plate. While the service was impeccable and the ambiance undeniably chic, the $225 per person fixed menu left me wanting more (both in portions and in culinary excitement). Food: The fixed menu felt uninspired, offering dishes readily available at countless takeout venues. While the quality was decent, it hardly justified the hefty price tag. Portions were modest, leaving my date and I wishing for more substantial bites. If you're looking for innovative or particularly flavorful Chinese cuisine, you won't find it here. Service: The service was the true highlight of the evening. Attentive, professional, and accommodating, our waiters ensured a smooth and pleasant experience. They were a shining example of how excellent service can elevate an otherwise lackluster meal. Ambiance: Stepping into Mr. Chow is like stepping into a bygone era of Hollywood glamour. The opulent decor, vibrant artwork, and buzzing atmosphere create a unique and undeniably stylish environment. It's perfect for people-watching and soaking up the Beverly Hills vibe. Value: Unfortunately, the value proposition here simply doesn't hold up. At $225 per person, the fixed menu offered neither culinary innovation nor enough food to justify the price. There are countless other restaurants offering more impressive meals at a fraction of the cost. Overall: Mr. Chow might be a good choice if you prioritize ambiance and impeccable service over culinary adventure. However, if you're looking for a truly memorable and exceptional dining experience with value for your money, you're better off exploring other options. Recommendation: Unless you're specifically seeking the Mr. Chow experience and its associated glamor, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. There are numerous establishments offering more exciting and fulfilling Chinese cuisine at significantly lower price points.
