My home town bowling alley is pretty solid and sized pretty similar if not smaller but they don’t pack people in like this place had a huge rude and loud party in my booth area with me and the rolling area was super slick and the bowling shoes provided helped nothing at all i almost fell every single roll causing crappy bowling for me and my partner if your going and you don’t care about the game much then it’s fine but for low to high experience bowlers it’s a hard to be able to bowl properly when you slide 6 inches to a entire foot forward in your rolling technique But the staff were very nice and I used the arcade while waiting for a lane to open up for me and it was not bad
Very rude employee. We called earlier and asked when the league is over and they told us over the phone to come early cause the league ends early. We got here at 8:15 and a rude employee told us with very rude tune no we have to wait longer even though 6 lanes are open. Honestly worst customer service and experience not worth coming here on your trip.
After reading the comments regarding the staff, and noticing the “Bowling Barn” only responds to positive comments, i’ll be shocked if I get a response to this.
The old man with the pony tail is extremely rude. This is not the first complaint about him either… read the other reviews. This man would stare at us bowl, looking for a reason to shut our lane down or kick us out. Our group got blamed for a mechanical issue and that started an argument. Throughout the argument, that man was not maintaining professionalism and was being very passive aggressive. Get rid of this guy.
Bowling was cool though, staff sucked.
I think it’s ridiculous that this place exists here and they don’t change their business model to allow more freedom for the customers. Terrible that I won’t be bowling while I’m here thanks to being only near this terrible establishment. Will not be supporting their broken business.

A great place for the family to spend time. Great atmosphere and clean location as well.
If I could I would give them 0 stars. They had us move because they wanted to put a different group there. Also the older man that’s working there shouldn’t be allow to be around kids! He yelled at my son for no reason in front of everyone. People just stared at us and totally embarrassed us.
The older men should really look into retirement. And the owner of this place should really look into hiring better staff members!
Fun time with the family not a a lot to do at night.
$40 for 3 people for half an hour.
I love big bear remind me of my childhood
We went there to play the arcade games. We saw the reviews about the claw games and we wanted to check it out. It was really overpriced. $10 gets you 20 credits. Most claw games are 8 credits. $4 a try and the claws are set so you cannot win. The cheapest arcade game was a racing car game for 4 credits. We were disappointed. $54 buys you 3 hours of gaming at Dave and busters plus prizes. $30 bought us 15 minutes of a few games. Not worth it.The kids enjoyed the bowling. 1 hour of bowling = 40 something dollars. This place is a tourist trap.

It was fun. Drinks could be more colder though
Went for a visit with my family and service dog late night with plenty to do. Had disrespectful and extremely unpleasant encounter with the blonde staff member regarding our service animal. Would not recommend
Went here for the first time today and had a blast. Interesting bowling modes and a VR center!
where does one begin…there’s like 4 employees standing around ignoring people at the front desk while one person is tending to people.employees acted evidently different with white customers in front of us than they did with my group which was ethnic.our bowling lane was broken and was scoring inaccurately and when asked for help, an employee told me “I don’t believe you so I’m gonna have to see it for myself.” Mind you this is after waiting minutes for someone to help despite doing nothing while I waited but stand against the wall. Employees realized there WAS something wrong and walked right past us to fix it with a snide “there’s a pin stuck” and nothing else. We asked for some time back and then gave half of it back. They also kept on stating policies on the intercom and saying people would “get in trouble” if not followed.
