Rubbish burger with awful aftertaste. Staff was friendly and fries were decent, but we could not finish our food, unfortunately. Not sure if we were unlucky, but I see other similar reviews about the meat.

I’m not sure if ownership has changed but this place definitely has. So disappointed. We drove up from SoCal with family bragging how delicious and fresh these burgers are only to receive frozen, boxed patty’s?!?! Everything was either from a bag or a box. Don’t get me started on the atmosphere or the cleanliness, or lack there of I should say. Will not return. I would give zero stars if I could.

I usually like this place. Today really sucked! Walked in at 3:45pm and the young girl came up to the counter and stood there and talked laughed and ignored us. When she finally turned to us she said with an attitude "are you ready?" We told her our order and as she repeated we asked her about our order and she just pointed to the screen with disrespectful tone. We paid and went to the tables and they were dirty. I asked for the table to be cleaned and there was a young boy who wiped half the table off into the bench seats! Didn't reach over to move the condiments out of the way or wipe them down. I had to do his job for him. BUT I did not clean the dirty condiment holder or napkin holder that looks like they have not been cleaned in months! Fries were good. Burgers were really greasy. I only ate 1/4 and had to stop. There was no taste except for grease. I hope they try harder next time. Lastly, a lady came by and asked to take our tray. I was surprised. She was extremely friendly and she gets 5 stars. (She had pink keys)

I usually never feel the need to write reviews about places but this place is phenomenal the workers are so nice and considerate the owner came and talked to us about the story of the restaurant (honestly so inspiring). And as a celiac they do lettuce wrap and offer gluten free buns! I definitely recommend getting the jalapeño ranch and the fry sauce truly mind blowing. If you are in big bear this is a must try!

Get the Burger has the best burgers on the mountain! Their burgers are fat and juicy and taste so good! You can also get gluten free buns or any burger as a lettuce wrap. We really love their sweet potato fries and tater tots and you can also get any burger with a turkey patty or a veggie patty so there's something for everyone here ❤️Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegetarian options available!

The best burgers, anywhere, ever. You will be spoiled for life! Finally, the food is even better than in the photos. Everything on the menu is delicious. My friends and I tried it all. Each new side was perfect and full of flavor. The staff is friendly and attentive. The ambiance is fun and comfortable. AND not only that, they are super inclusive! Everyone is welcome! Who would have thought world peace promoted in a burger joint! Make yourself and the world happy, and don't miss this place!

Great little stop in Big Bear! Friendly, cozy, and delicious!The burgers are very good, but the sides are incredible! Crispy and fresh, yet not greasy. Get the burger, but don't forget the sides!!Parking is easy, and the location is on the main street of Big Bear, so it's not even a detour if you're coming into, or leaving the town!
If you need a giant, sloppy burger quickly, definitely grab one from Get the Burger. We had a to go order and it didn't take too long. It has kind of an older diner type vibe if you want to sit in, but it was nice to bring a big solid burger and fries home.
